With Modern as an option who will be playing modern more?

Next week at my shop modern will be offered. Is anyone hoping to be switching to modern more than playing standard? Just curious as to what people think.
I switched from standard to modern and it is probably one of my best decisions playing Magic. Sure the decks can be expensive, but once you have the cards, you have the cards, as the format doesn't constantly rotate like Standard. So while investing in Modern is expensive, it pays off more then investing in Standard.

I have 3 at the moment that I play. Unfortunately standard is the format of choice where I am so they don't see much play but I try to be at least semi-budget about most of them.

Quest for the Spinning Temple , and
Aggro, control (ish), and combo.
I like Modern more just because the addition of a new set doesn't mean that all of the decks that do good change. (Although, Ancient Grudge being printed means that decks that WERE packing enchantment hate like Naturalize aren't anymore in favor of the arguably better Ancient Grudge .)

I strongly dislike modern, and standard though. I really only play legacy and limited.

I know I will. Im not liking Standard much anymore. Im building my modern deck this week and plan on playing it this FNM.

Modern is sweet. My LGS is hyping up modern like crazy. Even better, it's going to be mostly homebrews so my douchebag Scapeshift deck is going to plow the fields with joy.
Except there's no prizes at my LGS because FNM constructed is free.
Eh.

I switched to Modern once Scars rotated out, rendering my Grand Architect illegal in an illusion tribal deck in Standard.
Opens up a whole world of possibilities with loads of fantastic and oddball cards!

I was not interested in modern for a long time. Then I found out that storm is pretty cheap to build as long as you're willing to skimp on the manabase a bit, so I put it together. Last Friday we didn't have enough people at my LGS to do a modern tournament though.
