While I am having fun with my g/w enchantments deck, I was wondering how well tempo fairs in. A tier 2-1.5 setting. This is a deck that I am wanting to build, but if it won't bring me some wins (not looking to win a tournament) I don't want to waste money building it. I was also wondering what are some staples for a deck like this besides the land base. I assume Meddling Mage,Gitaxian Probe, Vapor Snag, Azorius Charm, Mana Leak, and Remand are auto includes, but other than that, I'm at a loss. If anyone has any advice, that would be awesome

Tempo is very loose and white has no inherent sources of that. What do you want your deck to do? The one option I can give you is Azorious MORPHine trip, which bridges tempo and control.

Other suggestions would a UW geist/delver list, an Death & Taxes list feat. Ephara, God of the Polis, UW flyers with Sky Hussar...

I guess, In my mind, I was envisioning an aggressive control shell, where I am not stalling the board waiting for my win con, rather controlling the board while my early creatures do their job. I want my creatures to effect the game more than just beat face. My initial thought was to build around Gideon Jura if the game lasted long enough to drop him, but capable of winning without him.

Still not specific enough. Thalia, Guardian of Thraben, Flickerwisp, Sky Hussar, Quickling are examples of creatures that do something more than beat face, but they slot into very different decks.

My above recommendations still stand.

Let's talk more on a death and taxes shell. Just doing some searches on death and taxes primers, seems to be more what I was shoot for.
