Anybody know if that is possible, or does Momir Basic only support 1-on-1 duels?

You can definitely do a multiplayer Momir on MTGO. I've done it and it's pretty chaotic.

We also played a variant called "The Phlottery" where you must A.) Only make 7 drops and B.) once you have 7 creatures that can attack, you must attack with all your creatures NO EXCEPTIONS!.

Mainly it's because Phage the Untouchable is the one creature you don't want to hit, and she's a 7 drop.

One of my friends said he had heard about a Momir app, so he'll try to find it and we will try it out physically (likely while Planechasing for maximum chaos :-) )

Momir Vig, Simic Visionary is a dangerous elf-ball commander. Sure, he doesn't actually give you the explosive game-ending power of Ezuri, Renegade Leader, but he can fetch Ezuri for you. most importantly, he gives elves access to blue which is immensely important for card advantage, protecting the board, and tutoring for various overrun abilities. Elves are a great archetype to build around in multiplayer EDH. I wouldn't shy away from this guy if his playstyle suits you. You can also go with a toolbox sort of build with him, but that'll lack some of the synergies elves can provide you with.

It's not about using a certain legendary elf for EDH, it is about the format Momir basic, and whether MTGO supports it, and since I could set up a game with a momir deck, momir format and free-for-all 3-6 players chaos will ensue!!! :-D
