Why does Keranos cost 4.5 times on MTGO vs Paper?

I'm legitimately confused by that. Most, if not every other card I've seen has been cheaper on MTGO vs Paper cards, so why is this one card four and a half times more expensive?

Maybe less of those packs were opened online and thus he is more scarce? I have nothing to base that on, other than intuition.
