How to beat Delver?

My playgroup has a pauper tournament coming up, and one of my friends has a beast mono blue Delver of Secrets Flip deck. It counters literally everything, and it can beat my MODERN burn deck.
What are the best builds to combat this?

Abrupt Decay. It doesn't work in pauper but if you're playing modern that's probably the best way to get rid of a delver. A guy at my LGS started playing a junk list w/ path to Rest in Peace and Courser of Kruphix mainboard instead of Scavenging Ooze and he's cleaned house in a delver heavy meta

Soul sisters in Pauper is pretty bad against every other deck that you'll play against, but is great against delver.
I don't really have a problem with my mono black control vs delver, but I've never been up against the mono blue version either. It's worth a shot though, because you may as well play the best single deck in the format against the best overall archetype in the format.

Pyroblast and Red Elemental Blast work wonders against mono-U. Play UR Eye Candy or the Atog deck and throw those bad boys in the sideboard. Also, Dispel and Spell Pierce are great at countering counters

If you can't beat them, join them. Delver is the best non-combo for pauper.

You can run DelverFiend. It can usually win turn 3 and further with the help of Apostle's Blessing, and cantrips like Gitaxian Probe Shadow Rift Ponder Preordain Assault Strobe.
Boros Kitty and Hexproof are pretty good vs Delver. But for Boros Kitty to do well you probably need Pyroblast.
Boros Kitty basically runs similar to Soul Sisters except that you get more card draw due to Ichor Wellspring and Prophetic Prism in conjunction with Glint Hawk and Kor Skyfisher. The deck is mid range and it's got good control with Journey to Nowhere versus other decks. Check it out at Boros Kitty v.2. After playing with the deck, you really need to have Pyroblast and Gorilla Shaman to go places versus any blue deck and affinity.
