Gnarlwood Dryad should be marked as legal in Pauper and Pauper EDH.

I'm not sure Arena-specific reprints count for Pauper legality, if you're referring to Shadows over Innistrad Remastered. Every source I see says it's not Pauper-legal, except for Gatherer (which isn't always the best source). This is confirmed by Gavin Verhey, who's in charge of the format.

I think you're right. It's annoying that Gatherer can't be trusted.
