Mono Blue Delver

With the banning of Cloud of Faeries, Blue Delver is going to have to make a change. This deck suffered from a ban due to another decks popularity, which sucks. Now, Im not sure Spellstutter Sprite is worth it. Anyone have any ideas on what delver will now look like? I feel like I may have to morph into UR.

I'm personally partial to UR decks, but it's pretty hard to get around how good Gurmag Angler is, particularly in a deck with very good removal and counterspells.

The blue delver deck is pretty similar to what I was going to build, miscreant looks like a good replacement

I was Blue Delver player too and I'm actually also thinking about UR version.
