Any kind of deck that plays Mystical Teachings . You can do UB Teachings, Grixis Teachings, Esper Teachings, 100-card Teachings... go wild. There's lots of cool instants in pauper.

Nasser_inside1 A mystical teachings style deck that plays Stream of Thought and Dizzy Spell as well as a bunch of silver bullet 1-drops and some counterspells.

Any lorwyn tribe can be strong. I made a merfolk one that is pretty sweet for less that a dollar.
