What are the guidelines for PDH?

So I saw Raging_Squiggle's PDH deck, and I was immediately inspired. I'd just like to know all the regulations I need to know before I start building. I'll put all of the ones I've recieved in a panel below;

WARNING!

I'm planning on using Lady Caleria

PDH regulations

Regulations:

• Your commander can be any common or uncommon creature card, not just legendary ones.

• Your 99 card main deck can only use commons- no mythics, rares or uncommons.

• All other rules are the same as EDH

While the rule doesn't restrict legendary creature only, it's a more fun challenge to have to have a legendary creature as the general.

Of course you can. She's an uncommon legendary creature. :)

Oh wait, she's uncommon in Master's Edition which is MTGO only. I made that mistake with Radiant, Archangel. Lol. So I guess that works fine for you. It's just that it has to have had an uncommon printing of the card. Same with the 99. You can have an uncommon version of cards as long as they've had a common printing like Oblivion Ring.
