I am kinda favoring Hypnotic Sprite over Harbinger of the Tides for mono blue right now.

I also am teetering on the line between Cloudfin Raptor and Curious Obsession.

Arguments for the Sprite: same devotion as Harbinger. Flies. Same damage. Most things killing Sprite still kill harbinger. Added utility of more counter magic when needed.

I am having trouble deciding on the Raptor vs Obsession. Both are full of potential.

What say you all?

It looks like the raptors evolve trigger can still be hit by the sprite. Obsession is good if you need the card advantage but playing mono blue I’d imagine you have other effects for card advantage. Overall I’d go with the raptor as a solid flier that can beat.
