Striving for a Control deck

Hi all. I’m trying to put together a control deck focusing on dragons as a win con/additional hate. Currently what I have in the deck will be linked below. It has some life gain, some creature hate, and some counterspell. It’s not a full deck because I’m looking for suggestions to round out the list.

Deck: Grixis Dragon Control

So I’m looking for meaningful feedback as to what I could add to the deck, or change around. I feel like my card draw is lacking, but so is the counterspell/non-creature removal. What would you do to finish this deck?

And last note, the deck is for casual play, which is why I have Thundermaw Hellkite (not pioneer legal), but I’m interested in bringing it into the pioneer realm. So removing the Hellkite for another creature/spell is fine.
