-Cost symbols 
-Rarity can now be set for printings per set
-Format validator code has changed but it should still work the same
-Captcha now required for registration

okay that's just me being an over;y excited nerd about this but...I thought this next part was interesting, can anyone explain why it did this? the thing to the left is whatever is to the right of it but without spaces

That is because 20 is the highest number.
And you should be using the symbol syntax. There are a few of them that link to decks.

Finally have all of this symbols is vety nice :) but what about the snow symbol? was it coded to or still missing?

No snow symbols, no half symbols, no infinity symbol, no Y variable symbol, no Z variable symbol, no planeswalker loyalty symbols and no rarity symbols.

I personally dont care about Y / Z variable symbols or rarity symbols but would be nice in a future update to get snow and planeswalker loyalty symbols and I think that an infinite symbol is the thing that really is missing because a lot of people like me use infinite mana combos. It would also be nice if we could get the Ravnica guild symbols and the symbols of the clans of the Tarkir once they are available.

Oh the watermarks? Those don't really matter because you aren't going to be using watermarks for anything on the card themselves. It's not like we need to have a card format when we are creating custom cards.

There is no update for that. Not everything gets an update right away, there are still quite a few things that get no updates period. The new Portuguese forum caused some havok, as seen here: New Forum! New Glitches! yeaGO been hacked?

But that would also be very hard to link to that username Fulcrum. Having a double bracket link for the symbol syntax inside a user syntax is not really system friendly.
