Hey everyone, here's some updates. Please leave feedback here and take extra care to not duplicate things already said and remain on topic. Thanks!
The set page now has a nifty little chart for you to glance what's standard legal.
Percentages have been added to deck charts as well as a few other tweaks
Individual printings can now be excluded from boosters from sets. The upgrader card update form now has a new field to get rid of these cards from boosters for M15.
You can now ignore user deck suggestions for your decks if you want
You can now block people who blocked you

I really like the new mana pie look, and the percentages are a great new thing. Thank you!

Does the suggestion ignore prevent people from suggesting it? Or do you just not see it?

Wow, looks great. The Standard legality chart is kind of funky on mouseover - it should show date range rather than start date + row number. You probably know that already, though.
Charts are lookin' quite fine; I know a cubic interpolated spline when I see one. However, I'm having a hard time telling the difference between White, White, and White (slow) (i.e. Pureheart EDH). Can't see which lines are pointing at the inner circle. It would be nice to have (slow lands) and (fast lands). Oh, I just realized that's what that division in the inner slice meant. All this time? Anyways, I kind of expected the pie chart to have %'s from the description. Finally, the bar charts %'s are good, except the color isn't optimal for white, gold, and colorless. You'll ultimately need to change the text color based on background, I believe.
Booster exclusion sounds very handy.
Were card suggestions not removed quite a while ago? I don't understand what this change entails.
I blocked someone to try it out (don't worry, they had it coming). We'll see if they block me back, I guess...

Any idea on when a fix for "Unknown" cards from M15 might get fixed? They also have a glitch where the deck is listed as illegal if it has M15 cards in it for some reason.
Examples: Thraximundar, and His Band of Merry Men and Ruhan, Bull in a China Shop
For some reason, the M15 cards are causing the decks to be illegal

Also of note in Thraximundar, and His Band of Merry Men is that the Key Combos display on the sidebar has extra bullet points due to presumably using newlines instead of margins.

And also in Ruhan, Bull in a China Shop, mousing over "6 missing from calculation" in the pricing lists Statute of Denial twice.

Loving the updates, this forum was a great idea.
Echoing the questions about point #4 (You can now ignore user deck suggestions for your decks if you want). I thought we could already do this? Did something change? Orcinbob's point is a good one though - it would be nice to be able to block people from suggestion particular cards.

I will like to add Soul of New Phyrexia to the list of cards that are cumming up as illegal in standard and not valid to other formats. Is there any idea why it is coming up this way for some cards.

I actually have something to say about the mana pie chart. It isn't an accurate representation of the colour splashes in the deck.
My The Grim Reaper is Stalking Us .... deck seems to be missing the fact that Sign in Blood has double black mana, so it should say 29 mana symbols, not 26.
My Okay Kids, It's Show and Tell Time! deck says it has 11 black mana symbols, when it really has 16. I mean it is a shame that is wrong, because my pie chart has PERFECT percentages.
My Kor Legions deck says it has 25 white mana symbols, when it really has 40 even. Just another example, as it doesn't really matter in a mono-coloured deck.
Looking closely, it may be the fact that the pie chart does not count multiple instances of the same mana in the card costs. After counting the number of double/triple/quadruple consecutive mana symbols and subtracting them from the total number of symbols shown, I am given the number that is shown on the pie chart.
A look-see into this maybe?

As for a suggestion, perhaps include colours that are in the costs of abilities on permanents on the outer circle? Probably would be good to present them in a separate division on the part chart like you do for the slow mana on the inner circle. You could also include the mana produced by creatures on the inner circle as well, with a separate division once again.

Wall of Essence
is still tagged as illegal and it keeps making my deck flag as a prototype.

All cards will be done in due time. There are only so many people who can deal with them, and we all have our own lives. At the moment a lot of idiots are uploading incorrect information, cards that don't exist, removing cards from certain sets, not cropping the images or putting an old image in. There is a lot to be done, and while I normally would be done them by now I want to get the few deck ideas I have in my head done first.

ReymondKira, all M15 cards are not coming up as illegal. Take a look at this.
there is maybe only 40 cards that come up as illegal, and we will get to them eventually. This is done by hand by only a few people after all.

I've noticed that, while updating my decks for the Standard rotation that just happened, the "Lifeland" cycle (i.e. the functional reprints of the Refuges) is not registering as being Standard-legal like the rest of Khans of Tarkir is.

That's because legality has to be hand changed. The other reason is because I've got midterms.

Good luck on the midterms! I don't know if you keep a list of cards that need to be changed/updated, but Monastery Swiftspear and Wooded Foothills aren't showing up as being modern legal. I know your team will get around to doing it eventually, but I thought I'd just give you a heads up. Keep up the good work on this site!

Echoing GeminiSpartanX's comment, all fetch land reprints are coming up as non legal in modern. Think of the brightside, there is only 5 of those to do.
