Due to my unfortunate location of residence I find it quite taxing to drive almost 80 miles to visit a card shop to buy cards or just to attend FNM's, my PC is fried so no MTGO for me so I'm curious if there is anyone in Casa Grande, Arizona that might be looking to add someone to there play group and hang with.
And, for what it's worth, Casa Grande is 34 miles from Desert Sky Games and just a bit more to San Tan Comics. I realize that's still not exactly around the corner, but it ain't 80 miles. :P

I've never been to San Tan. They're fairly new; I just know they're sanctioned and relatively close to you. Might be worth checking out next time you're up.

zandl I might try them soon, glad to hear they got sanctioned I actually messaged them about a month or so ago and asked about FNM's and the person I talked to said they sold magic but couldn't host FNM yet. I'll let you know how it goes.

Have you checked around Eloy? I've heard rumors in hushed tones that there was a decent-ish group of dudes out there, but I personally don't know any of them.
What formats exactly are you looking for? If you're ever up in Phoenix, Phoenix Gaming Lounge is a pretty laid-back place to play on the weekends. Desert Sky Games and San Tan Comics are less punishing drives for you, though, assuming you'd be bee-lining into town on I-10.
