Help with Tournament Organiser

I've been offered to become the regional Tournament Organiser at an Advanced Core store which will start at this FNM - which at this point of time will continue to the Midnight Prerelease event and follow to the Saturday and Sunday Prerelease events - whilst still being an avid player.

I've been running the MNM and FNM for the past two months, though the reason I made this thread was to ask if anybody have tips for me on how to be a successful TO. It'd be appreciated.

Also I encourage discussion on opportunities like this and maybe your own experience as a TO.
