So.... As the title says, I think I got scammed. Don't worry, it wasn't a person on T/O.
So, I found this trade through a local trading site. We decided to make a trade over post service. It was a trade at about 20$.
So I send my cards, and he says, that he have send his cards. Now, after 2 weeks, they have not arrived.... He also says, that he hasn't received any cards.... I have never tried to lose a letter before. And in the mean time, I have received 2 letters from outside my country.
I just don't believe him. Losing 2 (!!!) letters in one trade is very not likely possible!
Of course, I don't have any evidence. But I still have contact with him.
What would you do? What should I do? I don't want him to scam more people....
I have address and name.
Also, I kind of want to tell the local trading group, but I can't really blame him for anything, since I don't have any real evidences....

Then just tell the local group the whole thing, just like you did here. Thats not blaming.
I hope you get your cards!
If he really scammed you get revenge

Did you get tracking? If not it could make things kinda tough. One route you could take is trying to contact your post office about Mail fraud.
I have had a trade through here on TO where the cards to weeks to arrive. I almost lost my head thinking that I had been scammed, but it was all fine in the end.

Well, it's a kind of large (but still local) Facebook site. And he is part of the FB group. I want to ask him, if he have any references.... But then I'm already blaming him.... What should I say to him?

Okay, I asked him straight up, if he got any references.... He didn't.... He is clearly cheating me......

Well, if you have no proof (tracking) then there is nothing you can do to get your cards back. If he's a scammer he certainly won't tell you and if he's not (unlikely, but possible) the cards were lost and it's not his fault.
All you can is to post on that trading site about what happened so if someone else has similar problems with the same person people will know for sure he's a scammer. Or at least other people trading with him will be warned and will use tracking.

Yeah not much you can do about it at this point. You have no proof of foul play. Note that it's only been 2 weeks. I've gone a month or 2 before receiving cards. Granted you're not in my country but still. It's a possibility especially if the weather has been bad.
I have a few trade tutorials on my profile if you'd like to check them out.

This is why you always get tracking on anything you care about. Always, always, always. If you don't get tracking and you get scammed / cards get lost, it's your own fault. If you can't afford tracking, then trading with people with A) no references and B) that you don't know is not smart. Sorry to hear you got burned, but that's how life lessons are learned. Next time, you'll use tracking.

And this kids is why you always use tracking. Move on, you've learned your lesson and leave him alone. Chances are that the mail really got lost (happened to me a few times already and I trade heavily across Europe).

Tracking is way too expensive here, unfortunately.
And yes. I learned, that I'm never gonna trade with a person without any references. Luckily, it was "only" 20$ (and it was standard cards, which will soon lose value anyways (M15/Theros)). Of course, it's dumb money to lose.
I really want to think, that the cards will just arrive later.... But the chances are small.

I had the same thing happen to me 12 years ago and I've never traded online again

I know it mite seem calloused but that is the reason I do not have a trade binder up on here

Well if you are still in contact with him that is a good sign. Worst case scenario, you have the address still right?
