Lol there's an LGS near where I live that does a marathon thing for prereleases. You pay $200 or $250 and you get entered into six prereleases, starting at midnight and they're basically back to back. If you don't leave the shop and don't fall asleep, you get a free booster box of the set. Not to mention the 36 packs and 6 prerelease promos you get.

Went to the release and left. Got Cinder Glade, the green mythic rare Eternal Witness thingy, Beastcaller Savant, Bring to Light, foil Emeria Shepherd, and the rest bulk. Traded in the Cinder Glade and Bring to Light for about $12. Pretty good night, I guess.

God dammit, I pre ordered a box of BFZ for $90 a month ago and the guy emailed me "I can't send the boxes anymore." He screwed over 80 other people doing that shit after the prices spiked. Now I have to go through PayPal and Ebay go get my money back since he won't respond. Fuck. What's the cheapest place for a box, guys?

If I get an expedition, this is what it will turn into based on price range.
$30-90: Cash.
$95-120: A booster box.
$150-200: A deck.
$200-250: Any combination of the above.
$250+: Time to start a binder of shocks and fetches.

Well my prerelease was alright, 3-2 and pulled a Flooded Strand out of a Khans pack I got as a prize.
So til that if your opponent casts Ulamog in sealed, you lose.

Did two prereleases last night. Got fourth from the first with an Abzan Eldrazi and Allies deck. Stamped foil was a Shambling Vent. Next one I went 3-2 with an UWb pile. The best card in it was a Drowner of Hope. There wasn't much in it. The black splash was off of a Shambling Vent... Which was my second stamped foil...
To note, that card is really good with that Ally that buffs stuff when you gain life.
I traded my second Vent for a non-foil Vent and a foil From Beyond. My third of the night.

My prerelease story went something like this: Opens box, finds Oran-rief Hydra as the stamped rare. Opens second booster, finds another Oran-rief Hydra. Nothing noteworthy in other boosters except for Ulamog and Desolation Twin. Went 2-2, got one prize pack of BFZ, and the rare was... ANOTHER. FUCKING. HYDRA. What even.

Oh, forgot to say, traded the non-foil Vent for a copy of The Chain Veil and one of a guy's prize packs. Open the pack and find a second Undergrowth Champion of the night. Looks like I'm well on my way to GBr Eldrazi.

Well, just got back from my release, promo is Sunken Hollow, other notables are Sire of Stagnation and Drowner of Hope. Went undefeated in prerelease (4-0 and 8-0 for games), and got crap in the prize packs and got another bloody playmat.
Otherwise I had a ton of fun.
