The first part is good. The second is not.

Here's some good news: If you use the crafting menu, you can remove that blade by giving it a lesser modifier. You can then put that blade on any bladed weapon you want.

So this is for all card games...MTG, Yugioh, L5R, Force of Will..

Every time I see somebody sit down and game one start shuffling their deck in a pattern it drives me nuts.

Have any of you ever noticed, in person, somebody with a prearranged deck drawing their "god hand" even after doing pile shuffles when their opponents declined to shuffle or cut?

I had a really weird dream last night.

I dreamed that Derp hacked into my account on here, and changed my profile page so that every single link to my decks and all of the pictures, including the background, were all hentai porn.

It was horrible.

Also I'm thinking of buying someone's collection of Magic cards off of Ebay or something. I don't know why, but I feel like it would be like a HUUUGE cheap booster box. :P

December 2, 2015 6:37 p.m.

VampireArmy says... #11

Im at like 22 or something. You should check it certainly. The hardest guy to kill is a power armor raider and that might not even spawn for you. The rest are just ghouls and raiders. If you like getting spooked the Fuck out then yeah go for it. The blade is pretty cool looking too. Bring a scoped weapon with you

So, not a fan of black friday as i've previously stated. However, I DID manage to find a copy of the PC Mass Effect Trilogy collection for a grand total of $16 dollars on Cyber Monday, on Amazon, with free shipping. Was half off. Got it today and installing the first game now, and def looking forward to re-playing them.

GoldGhost012 As in, you finished it and are looking for something else, or it's taking up too much of your time and you want something... worse?

And are you looking for an anime replacement or can it be an american tv show?

December 3, 2015 2:25 a.m.

kyuuri117 says... #18

And in other news, I don't remember Mass Effect 1 being so hard. Maybe it's cuz i'm on the pc and not xbox/ps, i dunno. But seriously, i'm on normal and the geth in the opening mission kicked my ass a few times. Wasn't even close. Took a few rockets to the face and instantly died each time.

GoldGhost012 says... #19

As in, I haven't even finished it yet and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to move on when I am finished. Like it's too good to not finish, but when it's over how will I deal with one of my brand new favorites just being... done? After this grand two-week adventure I had growing to love it?

I do have a replacement lined up though; I promised a friend I'd watch the new Jekyll and Hyde show. It'll be one hell of a mood whiplash and I just hope I'll be able to pull myself out of the Toradora! funk to enjoy it fully.

GoldGhost012 I think you've screwed up your profile page man. All I can see is a Bio, and a spoiler for your EDH decks. There is absolute no comment wall, no place to type a comment, and no featured decks. Not sure if that's what you've intended for it to be, but it seems kinda odd.

And like, when you click the "EDH/Commander" spoiler, there's another spoiler that appears called "modern" at the bottom of the page, but when you click it, all it does is collapse the "EDH/Commander" Spoiler.

Speaking of anime, I'm re-watching Hellsing Ultimate. God I love this show.

December 3, 2015 3:14 p.m.

GoldGhost012 says... #28

Runlue: I'm afraid the only "comparable" anime I've seen to Toradora! is Devil is a Part Timer!, if only because both female leads are tsunderes. I kinda want to watch Clannad now, since it's apparently one of "the greatest romance anime stories ever made," but at the same time I don't really want to watch anything that's better than Toradora!. It's weird.

Femme_Fatale: I have to finish it, if only because I already know how it ends so I want to see the ending with my own eyes.

Ohthenoises: Hellsing Ultimate is such an entertaining show. Not one of my favorite animes overall, but one I have a lot of fun watching. Makes me wish for more Abridged episodes.

It's not my favorite but it's a blast for sure.

December 3, 2015 3:20 p.m.

Yeah, but they go down too low and don't get the sleeves right. I'm thinking it's either going to be the Fume Sorcerer chest piece or the Black Leather chest piece. Faraam Boots, Black Hood, and either Jester Gloves, Black Leather Gloves, or Hollow Infantry Gloves (whichever one lines up best with the color). Then just Rapiers and stuff. No shield, though. Never shield.

December 3, 2015 3:26 p.m.

Femme_Fatale says... #33

Clannad isn't a romance anime ... the visual novel is, but the anime is just the main character going through each different girl as it is in the visual novel, you have no connection to the characters as the swap just occurs awkwardly with no real transition, unlike starting a new game in the visual novel.

If you want to watch something, watch Fuushigi Yuuig or Legend of the Condor Hero, or prepare to grab that tissue box and cry into it by watching AIR.

December 3, 2015 4:29 p.m.

Owlteeth says... #34

If you want good romance, watch school days. Best romance story I have ever seen.

December 3, 2015 5:01 p.m.

kyuuri117 says... #35

I watched the first like, episode and a half of clannad, and couldn't stand it. Then I went to like, the tenth episode, and watched like fifteen minutes, and it was the same exact content. Don't know what the hell people are talking about when they call it one of the best anime's ever done, it's absolutely terrible.

The only "romance" anime that i've watched, was Your Lie In April. It's like half romance and half music. It's probably one of the best shows i've seen that's animated, and I would definitely check it out over garbage like Clannad. It's on the level of stuff like Ghost in the Shell and FMA: Brotherhood. It's that good.

ItchiUchiha117 I played Dark Souls 2 on the ps3 and got like, 70% through the game and then my ps3 died. Got it for the ps4 a few months ago but like, I dunno. They definitely upped the difficulty cuz there was a dragon in the starting zone, and it DEFINITELY wasn't there before. And it kicked my ass. And then the new destiny expansion came out and I haven't touched it since. Definitely need to go back to it, though.

kyuuri117

Yeah, that'd be Scholar of the First Sin. I actually kinda lucked out and got a version of the game that required I download it (included with the game) and then didn't actually enact it. It came with all three other DLCs. Be warned, they added another boss after the original final boss. And this one doesn't even give you any souls or drops.

December 3, 2015 5:25 p.m.

Femme_Fatale says... #37

I want to play Demon's Souls again. You know the best part of Demon's Souls? The Tower of Latria. You get to play the boss or face another player as the boss. It was awesome, because you can get really intense matches. I had a 30 minute face-off with a 2-handed sword wielder that didn't have much armor. I was a sword and halberd paladin that racked up the assassin's black armor. It was an intensively awesome match until the game did a glitch and made me dodge roll twice when I only wanted to do once.

December 3, 2015 5:28 p.m.

kyuuri117 says... #38

Honestly my problem with replaying it was that I had just like, beaten Bloodborn. And in bloodborn, you don't get a shield. You also move and dodge much faster, since all the enemies are faster. I knew it was going to be a different experience but honestly my movements all messed up. You use up stamina so much faster in Dark Souls that you can't just keep dodging stuff. Need to rebuild the dark souls rhythm.

That being said, I would highly recommend Bloodborne. It's fantastic. Not as... full... as a Souls game, it's a bit more bareboned, but it's absolutely fantastic. Haven't really tried player pvp though.

And yea, Demon Souls was interesting. I liked it, but it was honestly a bit too open for me.

December 3, 2015 5:30 p.m. Edited.

Femme_Fatale says... #39

Too open? Dark Souls is infinitely more open than Demon's Souls. Demon's Souls has a much better atmopshere however. In terms of difficulty ... hard to say. Demon's Souls had direction, whereas Dark Souls you had no idea whether you were strong enough for the area you were in because of the nature of the game. That and many places were quite hidden when they are the better progression.

December 3, 2015 5:54 p.m. Edited.

kyuuri117 says... #40

I don't even really remember Demon Souls very well. I never finished it, honestly. I loved the atmosphere but within like ten hours I was thoroughly confused as to what I needed to do, had multiple bosses I couldn't beat (one was a spider in a tunnel that shot fire and I had no fire resist gear and my shield didn't absorb the damage, and I can only vaguely remember the other), and had infinitely spawning flying wasps or something following me everywhere I went in the zone I was in. Just kinda gave up.

Just thought Dark Souls was designed better, at least for my tastes.

Runlue It's not. That show is the poster boy for mediocrity. Don't waste your time.

December 3, 2015 6:16 p.m.

Runlue says... #43

kyuuri117 I'm one to enjoy mediocre things. I've noticed that while really liking games like Halo Wars and being a Johnny of all things. :P

December 3, 2015 6:18 p.m.

kyuuri117 says... #44

Let me put it this way, there are some shows that are mediocre in most things, but shine in some way or another to make the show worth watching. Sometimes it's the character dev, sometimes the art, or maybe it has an awe-inspiring sound track. Sometimes that all sucks, but the plot is super original and worth watching solely for that.

The devil is a part timer has none of that. Go ahead and watch it, but when you're bored out of your mind in episode five or six, just remember I told you so haha.

December 3, 2015 6:23 p.m.

GoldGhost012 says... #45

Let me put it another: if you don't appreciate its humor, you won't like it much because while it has an interesting initial plot in the first episode, it relies solely on humor and the wackiness of its characters to drive you through the show.

December 3, 2015 6:34 p.m.

Femme_Fatale says... #46

The Spider is like, one of the easiest bosses to beat kyuuri117. Here's a thing, never block anything that doesn't deal physical damage. Just roll roll roll.

December 3, 2015 6:42 p.m.

kyuuri117 says... #47

Femme_Fatale Yea... I didn't really get that until I played Dark Souls. Even my first play through of Dark Souls I went tank mode with heavy armor. Finally decided to look up what the hell I was doing wrong and... bingo! Light armor and rolling ftw.

December 3, 2015 7:10 p.m.

Yeah, gotta love light armor. Until you get your equip load high enough to start fast rolling in heavy armor with big weapons. Then it's time to become Ninja Havel and really fuck with people.

Honestly, I like just farming the Giant Lord in DkS2. It's really easy and you get infinite Twinkling if you don't have SotFS.

I'm gonna start NG+2 once I can beat Vendrick and I've gotten all the Sorceries, Miracles, Hexes, and Pyromancies from the DLCs and the fucking Bell Keeper covenant (which is gonna be a bitch, but not nearly as bad as the Sunlight Spear from the SunBros). Then it's full sprint time to Wellager to grab Wrath of the Gods and Great Chaos Fireball so I can actually say I've gotten 100% in a game. Because I am not gonna try joining BlueBros or the Bloody Bastards for their Rank 3 rewards. I'm willing to join SunBros, because I like fighting some bosses, but I do not want to be forced to do PvP for Achievements.

December 3, 2015 7:48 p.m.

Femme_Fatale says... #49

It isn't hard to do rolling in heavy armor. I did it all the time in Dark Souls. Demon's Souls had the Assassin's armor which was heavy armor, that was light weight.

December 3, 2015 10:30 p.m.

Yeah, it isn't difficult... If you understand how the game works. Which requires a bit more help than someone saying that it's easy and that they can do it with no problem. It is an issue that I find a bit abhorrent and entirely too prevalent among people that have played Dark Souls enough to have gotten good at it. Very few people even try to teach others how to play, instead choosing to post things like, "git gud scrub. fukin casul." like it's the fucking mantra they have to chant to keep the bad men away. Saying that something is easy or that the way to do something is obvious clearly doesn't actually help.

Here's a challenge to anyone that has played Dark Souls: Without talking about the difficulty of the game or talking about how to fight, explain the controls of the game. That's it. Just go over what each button does and how to combine certain button presses to preform different actions (like jumping, kicking / guard breaking, etc.).
