This thread is why I loved Tappedout. Also, I second the tappedout team that would be pretty awesome. And if deploy the thopters sleeves were ever available, coughs yeaGO, I would definitely pick some up.

Making tournament worthy product is not an easy task and I hardly think yeaGO has that sort of time and money to start. However, if he sends me the image used for the shirts in as large of a resolution as possible, we can then use a third party company to make the products for us.
The products would have to be purchased from Inked Playmats. The sleeves would be about ... 0.45-0.42 cents per sleeve (depending on how many you buy) and you can order them in amounts of 10, 40, 60, 80 or 105. If yeago lends me a MASSIVE image (like, a resolution of 3675 x 2175 @ 150 PPI or higher), then we can have T/O playmats for $25. Various different sizes of playmats are available, so it all depends on what image is given. Other than that, dice bags for $20 and mouse pads for $10 can be made. Please note I am not taking into consideration economic differences between countries, shipping nor taxes.
Thank you photoshop!

I presume you mean the font? I can't change the image he gives me. So you'll never get comic sans.

I'm fairly certain it was generally assumed a third party would make the product, not our lord and saviour himself.

Also: places other than inked playmate can do bulk sleeves that can then be sold through the site. The issue I see with going through inked, is that they charge more, because it's a small amount of sleeves, and not a bulk amount.

You are mistaking the purpose for what I was thinking. All I was going to do was grant the community the altered images to use with the proper sleeves and playmats that inked does. That way everyone can order them themselves, instead of having to waste time and money by having them shipped to yeago and then having him ship them out. Not too mention quality, tournament legality due to said quality, and the fact that yeago doesn't have that much time on his hands.
Since I have access to photoshop and the templates for each product, and am fairly experienced with photoshop, I can do colour requests. I can change the colours of the logo, the background and the border and even do multiple layer borders like shown on the ones I did here.

I'd be very interested in seeing what yeaGO has to say about using the site logo or the "ornithopters have been deployed" image for sleeves.

I guess I misinterpreted what you meant.
However, if yeaGO wanted to quite his job and just run the site, going through bulk merchandisers and setting up a web store is probably a good way to go.
:P

These are the best I can do with the images I get from a google search. These are all card sleeves, and are examples of the colour combinations I can do with photoshop's layering.
For those of you who are familiar with how photoshop works, I am using three different coloured border templates, all the templates are exactly the same in structure. I can have these in any order and/or any number of them shown to create the different effects above.
I can also put T/O logo (that is layer 4) above some of the border template layers so it pops out some more.

The quality of the Inked Playmat custom cards is being reviewed by TolarianCommunityCollege as we speak. So we shall see just how well they last.
Inked playmats also sells ultra-pro sleeve covers, so you can sleeve up your sleeves, for a potential triple sleeve protection.
