Ottawa, ON casual Players?

Hey

We have a casual playgroup that meets up every 2 weeks or so. We play at a pub or one of our places. Most of our decks are far from being constructed competitive, but 1 or 2 wouldn't get entirely annihilated. Non of us play events or anything, we just mes around for kicks.

Very chill, low key vibe, looking to open it up a bit. Lemme know if you're around town and looking for the same.

Do you guys play modern/legacy/EDH? That's the kind of playgroup I enjoy, but I currently only have EDH decks.

By Casual, I mean no-restrictions (format or ban list) and generally budget-ish... ie. you're not gonna see and Brimaz's here, but we still run some walkers and do have a fair amount of competitive cards. A few of us have EDH decks (also casual) but we haven't been able to convince the others to build their own, so we don't play that format often. Those of us with them do want to play them more often, so you're welcome to drop in on our next EDH meet-up if you're interested. Let me know.

Hey,

I would be interested in joining you guys for some casual MtG fun play. I play casual fun games with a variety of legacy/modern/EDH decks. Let me know when and where and I'll try to make time. I have 5 Commander/EDH and many legacy (fun theme decks) decks that people can borrow and play with.

Will do. It seems like a lot of us just moved and are setting up our new places.. so our semi regular games will probably be missing for a while. I'll let you know when something is happening for sure.

I ould be interested in joining some casual magic games. I love playing terrible decks for fun and would love a group to play in where i dont need to worry aobut top cards
