Seeking Players in Massachusetts
Social forum

I have a group of friends with whom I play M:tG and other games, but we certainly like to make new friends and add new members to our group, so I am wondering if any member of this forum lives near where we live.
My friends and I all live in the state of Massachusetts in the United States, so, if anyone else lives there, please let me know, and we can communicate by private chat about any further details (since I do not wish to reveal any more specific information about my location in a publicly-viewable forum, to maintain my anonymity online). My hometown has a local game store (whose name I cannot reveal in a public forum), one of which I am very fond and has long been our favorite place for both events and purchasing of products.
I hope to meet other players from my state, and I look forward to receiving your replies!
I recently moved to Boston from North Carolina. Can't say I have a lot of free time with my new job but if you live close maybe we can meet up to play. I've only been to one LGS in the city which was actually quite a nice place, and the sales staff was great.

I live near Fall River and my local gaming store is Game King in Fall River. I can also go to Rivendell's on Route 44 and Cape Cod Collectibles in Wareham. My FaceBook is the same name as this account, so just look for Thee Ouroborobelisk and hit me up there.

@DemonDragonJ, I know that you do not want to give more information about where you are (maybe how far from a mall or something to that nature or county), but Massachusetts is not like Rhode Island where you can drive the whole state in about 40 minutes. I live in RI and would love to meet some people from this site at stores. Being from RI anything more then a 15 minute drive is a long drive for us and we usually have to pack a launch. If it is a 20 drive, we might have to get a hotel :P
@ouroborobelisk, my friend and I stopped by Cape Cod Collectibles in August. They didn't have that many singles for sale. Tons of minitures happening though. People were even playing a lego version. There is another place that we stopped in about 4 minutes down the road that sold magic cards. The place looked like a ghetto convenient store, but they had a huge room in the back. Good card selection there, but the kicker was that they used channelfireball prices. I stopped by a couple of stores when I was at the cape, but it felt like everyone there only played standard.

The-Xellos: In that case, I suppose that I can reveal slightly more information; I live about halfway between Boston and Worcester, and I hope that other uses live there, as well, but I definitely cannot be any more specific than that.
My friends and I shall definitely be attending the Battle For Zendikar prerelease, so, if anyone here is also interested in that, please let me know, and I can provide you with the name and address of my local gaming store via chat.

The Battle for Zendikar prerelease is approaching; again, I wish to ask, are there any players in Massachusetts who are seeking a place where they can participate in the event and meet new people?

I am from Massachusetts, but the university I attend is in Baltimore. When I am home, I frequent Game Underground in Natick (at the mall). It's a great community, the judge is very friendly, as are most of the players. They host Wednesday night drafts, FNM (Standard and Modern each week), and I think they were working on getting some EDH going.
You are welcome to enable chat with me.
