What Happened to the Leagues?

A month ago, maybe two, we had leagues in which people played their decks against each other in two formats: Standard and Modern. I'm looking to get those started up again for sake of bringing the community more together as well as to help those of us looking to play at a higher level play against other people with the same mindset.
Depending on the amount of people who sign up, the tournament could be anywhere between 4 and 8 rounds of Round Robin play. The games would take place on Untap, Xmage, or Cockatrice, depending upon what people have, and they would be played over a series of days. For sake of both training for events and for not running into people's time, the limit for each game would be 50 minutes, enforced by the players of each match. (If both players want to play it out, that is fine, but both players would have to be in acquiescence.)
The format for the game will be Modern.
I would be open to both using or not using the new mulligan rule, but that's up to the community.
If you are interested, post your name below. I'm looking to get at least 8 people to play. The deadline for signing up will be Jul. 24, 2015.
I will need decklists by Jul. 24, 2015. These lists cannot be changed during the tournament.

We can start the matches on Wednesday. That works for me. It'll give me time tomorrow to set up matches, especially now that we have 5 people (4 Rounds: each person will get one BYE. The bye will not count toward his/her record.)

When will the matches begin? Im not going to be near my computer until Wednesday... I can play on my Vita but its a little clunky.
