What happens if I can't make an SCG Open that I prereg for?

Not sure where the right place for this is, so here it is:
I plan to preregister for the Louisville SCG Open, but I may not be able to make it if I hear back from some Scholarship reps soon. So, my questions:
Can I get a refund if I can't make it?
Is there some sort of cancellation fee?

You can contact SCG's Organized Play rep at [email protected] with any questions you have about how these things work.

You have to talk to their customer service dept the second you find out.
If you're not there at the time that the event starts, sucks to suck, but you might be able to cancel for free if you find out as soon as possible, several days before the event.
