10 Card Cycle?

Spoilers, Rumors, and Speculation forum

So now that Zendikar Incarnate has been spoiled, I'm wondering if we'll see 9 more gold cards - one for each plane.

If it happens, I think an efficient distribution would be a ally and an enemy pair for the two planes from each walker (so Lorwyn might be G/U?)

Any thoughts?

Wouldn't it be gw for lorwyn? Gu doesn't seem right to me

G/B maybe?

It couldn't be G/W, because then there's no allied colour combinations for Gideon. (I mean, I suppose it's possible that Gideon would have two enemy colour combos (W/R and W/B), but it makes more sense to me that they give each walker one allied and one enemy pair. At least to my aesthetic sense)

Interesing:

Theros: R/W

Bant: Not sure, probably G/U

Vryn: U/R

Ravnica: No Idea, could be any guild, but since jace is guildpact, id say U/W

Dominaria: No idea, but im saying W/B

Innistrad: G/B

Kaladesh: U/B Maybe??????

Regatha:R/B Maybe????

Zendikar: G/R confirmed

Lorwyn: G/W

I know im probably wrong on like half of this, but please let me know what you think

GB actually makes a lot more sense since they already spoiled a few black elf cards

Hmm...so which of the planes would get those types of cards? First I don't think that will happen based on the fact Zendikar is often talked about as being alive, but we can make some guesses:

Ravnica , Zendikar , Bant , Theros , Kaladesh , Regatha , Innistrad , Lorwyn , Dominaria , Vryn .

But, again, I don't think these will happen.

I sort of doubt it. The fact that Zendikar is a card name relates to the fact that the MTG Lore is turning towards that plane, but I don't see a cycle happening.

I'm with you on the first six, but I suspect Lorwyn would be (since it's Nissa) which would make Innistrad B/W , Vryn and Dominaria maybe?

I definitely would be surprised if they made them all planes incarnate elementals, but maybe something from each plane that plays off something it's known for?

maybe a cycle of 5? one plae for each walker?

Not gonna lie I only read the first 2 comments and the op but: lorwyn through the respect of nissa viewing it would be green black. There was an old uncharted realms or mtg salvation post that stated when nissa went to lorwyn she dabbled in black mana with the elven narcissists that occupy the plane (zendekian elves weren't all high and mighty like those on lorwyn)

Well, the new Blazing Hellhound is making an uncommon gold cycle seem much more likely now. Regatha?

Looking at the numbers on the cards, there should be a full cycle of gold uncomoons. We have Blazing hellhound at #210 and zendiakar incarnate at #219

That leaves exactly enough room for 10 gold cards in the set.
