Announced during GP Indy, the Spring 2016 set is Shadows over Innistrad!

Well, I'm gonna assume Tamiyo is in the second set because she is studying the moon, and the second set is namely, Eldritch Moon. Also, all we find here in SoI is her journal, so she might have gone missing. If she is getting printed, it would make more sense to be in the second set.
Heres what I think: First set: Jace, Sorin, and Nahiri
Second Set: Tamiyo (if she's alive), perhaps Tibalt (hopefully better than first version), Liliana maybe? (She's on the image for Eldritch Moon) - If not, then Nahiri goes to second set

I would not out-rule the possibility that an entirely bloodcrazed, revengeful, hatred-driven Nahiri turns out to be an antagonist.
Pick the brain is 
too expensive to be playbale. In Standard Control - should such a thing exist - maybe, but nowhere else.

First set is some-what close to 100% set with Jace, Arlinn and Sorin. Jace is on the Boosters, the Displays, the Prerelease Boxes and pretty much everything. Arlinn and Sorin are already confirmed. I'm fairly certain that Liliana is in the Eldrich Moon, again, being the poster child of that edition, so either Tamiyo or Nahiri are only part of the story and don't get a card or - and I can't quite imagine they do that - they break up the 5-walkers-per-set-paradigm.

Nightdragon779 Lobotomy! Not Memoricide. We'll actually, Lobotomy can hit nonbasics, but...
It may see play as a punisher of slow, counter-free decks that rely on only few win-cons. There are a couple of decks like that. Or, you know, it could just be a better Transgress. I mean, it takes up turn 3 instead of turn 2, but otherwise it is pretty much just better.

I'm not really a fan of Tamiyo tbh, she's just been really boring to me ever since she came into existence. I'd really love in the Eldritch Moon set be Liliana and Tibalt and/or Nahiri (depending if they do three walkers in each set, which is unlikely).
My guess for Jace is he's going to be a 5+ cmc walker with 4-5 loyalty, with similar power levels to Jace, Architect of Thought and Jace, Telepath Unbound (I'd be really hopeful for a better Jace, the Living Guildpact honestly).
I'm hoping Sorin gets a different theme of a card other than a token deck's wet dream, like closer to Sorin Markov, but with some differences of course.
As for the rest of them, I'll be happy with what ever they give us, they're mostly new and I'd be interested in what comes.

From what's been shown so far, Nahiri looks to be a big part of this block. I mean, Ob Nixilis got a card in BFZ, and he didn't have a huge impact on the story besides bringing Kozilek back (which was huge, but that was about it). So far, Nahiri has pretty much destroyed Markov Manor and all of the vampires, as well as make the cryptolyphs (hope that's spelt right lol). If the theory is true that she is also attempting to awaken an ancient god-being/invite Emrakul to Innistrad, then that is quite a lot of stuff that a single character is doing in a block. I don't see why she wouldn't have a card. At least it makes more sense than printing another Tibalt, although the character does need some justice done to him, as his first iteration was terribad.

Also, original Zendikar block had six Planeswalkers, so it's plausible that they would put six in this block because of story reasons.

From what we've seen so far, Tamiyo is just there again. Remember the picture of Sorin slaying Avacyn? Yup, that's her again, just there. She has a journal. I guess she has that going for her. I don't think she'll get a card since Jace is most likely getting a card, and they are both Blue mages, unless Tamiyo goes into another color.

Here's another one: Tasigur is actually a planeswalker and Ugin will marry a Pikachu that throws Lightning Bolts but those cost Yellow mana. Doesn't make sense? Nah, but all this other stuff doesn't either.

I think that Nahiri is trying to destroy innistrad because shes mad sorin never called her back after their last date. its the planeswalker equivalent of keying a car after a break up. You can say she has a...................... Unfortunately, this still seems good. Fortunately, these colors are no longer broken and overrun with Rhinos and anafenzas.
As a sidenote, I have Dead Weight in every deck with Mindbreak demon in it to hedge against the delirium cost. Dono if thats necessary, but im being safe.

This looks pretty good! I'm not even mad it's in abzan colors. Seriously tho, TheFoilAjani and I want answers. Since when did Silumgar Assassin exist and why has he never been played?
As a sidenote, he's kinda funny since he's a reverse Den Protector AND a reverse Hidden Dragonslayer... All in the same card!
Also, here ya go MurderHood. A deck without 4x Heir of falkenwrath... only because I have 12 other 2 drops and needed more removal tho... I'll probably sideboard a couple anyway :P

I don't think Tamiyo will be in SOI. Remember, Jace found her notebook deserted, and I doubt Tamiyo would leave this type of information unattended...

I'd be surprised if they finished the battle land cycle, I think it's way more likely we will see the reprinting of check lands, either enemy, allied, or both.

Anyone got any speculation on what the main antagionists card will be and what stats or abilities itll have?
As a side note i half think they wont reveal the main bad guy in this set.
