Could people at least put question marks or something on the end of their thread titles? I click, thinking that it's about the ACTUAL BAN LIST, only to find out that it's yet another identical thread about wondering (and with no info at all, to boot!)

Step Two. If thread found, Post in one of previous 50 or so threads.
Step Three. No thread made? Make one!

SCORE: 13 | 8 COMMENTS | 1751 VIEWSI am immensely happy to see pod get banned. It was the only modern deck I was worried about facing in my meta, because my deck wrecks the others. The deck above is what Im referring to.

So basically, they looked at 2 decks getting about 16% of the top-8's sand said "Well, we can't just ban Treasure Cruise... I guess we have to ban Birthing Pod as well.".
(Note: They did not ban Pod when it was 30-35% of top 8's)

I really don't agree with their decision to ban Dig Through Time...
Even is Treasure Cruise was broken, the 
in Dig's cost plus the fact that it only nets 1 extra cards makes it no where near as good as Cruise in the decks that are currently using Cruise.

Wait, so they banned both Cruise and Dig? That was kinda dumb =/ Cruise is understandable but Dig is not nearly that powerful. Funny to see an entire archtype just die with the banning of one card. Wasn't Wizards supposed to....I don't know, NOT kill archtypes? Good thing my latest Modern deck doesn't run Cruise or Dig

The Dig Through Time ban was an over-reaction, but possibly understandably so. I suspect that this time next year, it'll be back in the format, unless it absolutely wrecks legacy.
