Most notable is the lower collectors number, leaving around 35 lands (including basics, mind you) after evolving wilds in the ordering. Exciting!

Also this'll be the 3rd or 4th consecutive reprint of Evolving Wilds. Neat.

I'm betting they're experimenting with augments to the modern masters 2015 packaging. This time it seems it's developed a mind of its own.

I'm not exactly surprised Evolving Wilds is coming back. It's a good card for limited and budget decks.

Yeah, it looks like it went through a sand-blaster or something.

Dammit the set aint even out and people are fucking up the cards.

JakeHarlow says... #11

Jesus. Yeah, that condition is awful. Why you screw up cards, people?! And yeah, Evolving Wilds now has like, five different printings for Standard, if you count the Tarkir Dragonfury promo. Any chance of Terramorphic Expanse? No, because it would screw with limited I guess.

I like the dark ascension printing of evolving wilds. That new one is good tho.

Does this lower the chances for zen fetches?

Dark Asencsion still has the best Evolving Wilds Art by far, but this one is quite the thing. Nice.

Most big sets have 20 different basic lands, in terms of art. Since they go alphabetically I believe, that gives us roughly 16-20 non basic lands in the set, as I doubt evolving is top of the alphabet for the lands. Hopefully we will get some sweet man lands.

Dear God, it looks like it tryed to swim!

Cardwise, give us Expanse already, we want something that least SEEMS different!! Gorgeous art though.

"The Eldrazi are Ruthless, but Zendikar is Relentless" God i love that flavor text.

I like this one's art better than DKA's. Hell, I think the DKA version is my least favorite of the bunch. It's just... a cathedral and some vines. And it has the blandest flavor text. Meh.

I personally prefer the Original Skullgirls Train to homestuck, but to each their own.

"Hey Boss, what should we do with the concept cards that didn't get approved for the set?"
"Just flush them down the toilet. It's not like anyone would pick them out of the sewer."

In case you were wondering about the damage...

The card is very real. It is currently in possession of the store Mana Vault in Wichita, Ks. I have personally seen it. After leaking the card on social media, Wizards put the store on a "Hush order".

nayrash5 says... #30

Wait, that's in Wichita? I need to get my ass over there, considering I'm over here in Manhattan KS. Also, Oops we accidentally, necro'd the thread.

Relkin81 says... #31

Yes, it is. They acquired it from someone that was traveling through Oklahoma where they found it in a parking lot, hence the condition of the card.
