Battlebond will be released on June 8th. 2018. It will be a set meant for team play, specifically 2-Headed Giant.

I guess they wanted to put the new assist mechanic to the center stage. Assist and surge work against each other, as the former wants both players to spend their mana on a spell, whilst the latter wants your teammate to cast their own spells first.
