sorry, did not read this whole thread, but I found a website that has the whole black decklist revealed. Black Commander List

Daretti and Dualcaster mage are expensive now because of hype. They will probably go down, though I can see dualcaster hovering around 10.

Understandable. Tomorrow (I'm assuming), the lists will be revealed. So, I'll revive the discussion a little bit and ask everyone this question: What reprints do you want to see in the decks (besides black, because of the leak)?
For me, it's the Medallions, as I said for the Nth time. If Jet Medallion makes it, so should the others, even Emerald Medallion . As for other reprints, they are bonuses to me. Wurmcoil Engine being reprinted was a bonus. I don't care about what reprints make it (outside of the Medallions) but I want the other four decks to be as good as the black deck. If the rumor is true, then these decks would be the best EDH precon decks of all time.

The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale . :P
Really, though, some great blue stuff, they've revealed almost nothing. Trickbind /Stifle , Consecrated Sphinx . Maybe even the fabled Cryptic Command .

I'd love to see Stranglehold or Aven Mindcensor reprinted. The price they fetch is absurd.

Just noticed that the new Ob Nixilis has knocked Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker off its unique title.
TTBOMK, they are now the only two planeswalkers identified by second name, rather than first.

Guys....guys....Show and Tell , Sneak Attack , and Reanimate just got hosed...

Decklists are up:
My Good News:MEDALLIONS! ALL THE MEDALLIONS! :D YAY!
My Bad News:Elf Tribal? Green? REALLY WIZARDS?! sigh I guess I'll live.
The other decks are cool though. Goblin Welder for one. Cyclonic Rift in the blue one.

Also, ALL THE CARDS ARE OUT
Goblin Welder , Sun Titan , Chaos Warp , Frost Titan , THE LIST GOES ON!

Man, the red deck looks awesome. I don't even play EDH, and I plan to pick one of those up if I see it at Walmart.

Looked at all the cards know and I agree that the red deck sure looks nice for being precontstructed.
October 31, 2014 11:22 a.m.
Karoo cycle, and decent equipment for white. My Nahiri deck is grinning.
October 31, 2014 11:24 a.m.
White deck is pretty enticing too. Containment Priest looks like the chase new card of C14.
October 31, 2014 11:26 a.m.
In hindsight with skullclamp spoiled im very amused that black doesn't get it. The black deck is perfect for it, and my Gisa deck loves it, but my new Nahiri deck laughs because Skullclamp is perfect in the white deck. I +2 to draw 2 cards, pretty good.
Although White prospering from death? seems off color.

Now that everything is revealed, I'd say that I'm probably going to get the Red, White, and Blue decks. Green has a couple cool cards, but isn't really a deck I would want to build. Black just seems too weak, and I already have all of the singles from it that make it worthwhile.
Also I was shocked that they actually put in Goblin Welder and Chaos Warp . I have a feeling its going to be hard to find copies of the deck...

Off-color? Inheritance
Granted it's from Alliances, I'm sure there's better examples though.

After looking through the lists, although there are a few chaff in here (cough Whipflare
cough), these decks are the best they ever did.
White got a number of good equipment. Even if you may have to equip the tokens at times, the theme is very similar to Nahiri's +2.
Blue got some morphs (and Ixidron ) and a bunch of sea fat. It's an interesting deck. I was looking for an excuse to use Infinite Reflection and I finally found it. :D
Black...we all know. Next.
Red got some sweet stuff. Solemn Simulacrum , Junk Diver are examples. This will be a challenge to modify, since they kind of knocked off most of my suggestions.
Green...after ranting about the Elves in the deck, I must say it isn't bad for what it is. You get a lot of the key players in an Elf Deck. If I picked up this deck (and I do have it coming), I would need to nab Joraga Treespeaker , Elvish Promenade , and Heritage Druid . I have a Cavern of Souls lying around, and that's a card I'd add too (Did I mention you get Ezuri, Renegade Leader as the reprint legend?). I probably would add more fat to it because of my bias but my challenge would be to keep the tribal stuff intact.
I'm also surprised they worked the deck with Titania in mind. ~10 cards in here are either cards that have you sac lands, or are lands that sac themselves.
Overall, very good decks. I like them.
October 31, 2014 11:47 a.m.
White looks like a fairly solid deck, especially with Sun Titan in there. It looks very enjoyable and I think I'm going to pick one up for my girlfriend.
October 31, 2014 12:13 p.m.
So red deck looks like my pick, and I might be going for the blue or white decks. However, I am so excited for these decks it's hard to understate it.
October 31, 2014 12:20 p.m.
ALL OF THEM. ALL OF THEM SHALL BE MINE!!!
Crazy hype aside. Any one of these decks is a great starting point for someone new to commander.
That not withstanding, the decks themselves are balanced enough for precons that they are able to win but not so overpowered that they would be oppressive. Well done Wizards. Well done.
My only complaint is the green elf tribal as pointed out by Phaetion. But in all honesty when they spoiled freyalise what did we really expect?
October 31, 2014 12:28 p.m.
I expected Elf Tribal mostly because of Grave Sifter, not Freyalise.

A few suggestions for the red deck Darksteel Forge , Mycosynth Lattice , Duplicant , Mindslaver
October 31, 2014 12:57 p.m.
nobu_the_bard says... #27
Mindslaver is agonizing to play against, though maybe not everyone has had it aimed solely at them for most of a game. Rings of Brighthearth would be awesome with any of the decks, though.

Ok, this is the most important spoiler of the set. Not because it's going to be awesome in commander (it will be), but because it's going to find a home in legacy and possibly vintage. At the very least sideboard material against dredge and Show and Tell
decks and AEther Vial
based decks. DNT will love this and side out the vials for it, making Cavern of Souls
mandatory in every dnt deck now. This is the True-Name Nemesis
of the set.
Long story short, this and the red one will be the chase decks out of this product. The copy equipment card is fun tech, but it's just cute. I don't think it will have a strong impact on the format at all, because of the new legends rule (from m14) and it's not a kill jitte card. Cuteness like this rarely sees play in serious decks.
Also pick up your Dark Depths now, the black deck is begging for it to be added.
Overall, my impression of the set isolated in the terms of sealed play, these are all very good decks and can provide a playgroup tons of fun playing them straight out of the box. There really isn't a 'bad' deck. But ranking them 1-5, red, white, green, blue, black.
My overall impression of the set, it gets a 9 out of 10 for me. It provides balanced fun decks with each pretty strong in their own rights. Great starting points for new players in the format and the most synergistic of all the commander decks wotc has released. They also provide some great staples for the format that have been sorely needing reprints. I couldn't be happier with the set. I'm also thankful these are big box store releases and will be reprinted if/when demand requires it and should be available through out the year.

Crap, need to decide whether to get the white or red deck if I can't get both.

So both the Medallion cycle and Sol Ring are in all 5 cycle. That's pretty nice.
I think all the decklists have been released.

I'd pick up a copy of each just to have the ability to have fun with them, and each of these is an amazing starter on it's own merit. Some really nice staples, some really nice wipes for each, just a great overall product. Really looking forward to taking each of these for a drive to get a feel for them.

Kinda glad all of the decks have some good value cards rather than just one glares at mindseize. Though, does this mean more will be available? Or will all of the decks be sold out everywhere constantly? Or has Wizards learned their lesson from last time? It was my understanding that Mindseize was always sold out because stores were only allowed to stock the decks if they bought all 5 from Wizards. Since Mindseize would always go quickly, and the other 4 decks didn't sell as well, stores rarely restocked. Maybe this time Wizards will let stores by the decks individually.

Caged Sun .... in the Red Deck..? With about 60% artifact creatures...?
Anyone else wondering why it's not in the Green or White deck?
October 31, 2014 3:58 p.m.
Because the green and white decks are pretty powerful already.
With the green not so much of actual card ability itself but from overall synergy. I mean come on. It's elves for god sakes. Does it really meed MORE help? Lol

Wow. Thank you Wizards. I was planning on building a Bosh EDH deck, and you've just saved me tonnes of coin. =)
October 31, 2014 4:21 p.m.
AngryBearTony says... #41
I don't know about tonnes of coin, really. SCG has the red deck highest at $45, and the set for $175, and that's the highest I've seen so far. Of course those are only early numbers, etc. etc. We can only hope WotC learned from 2013.
October 31, 2014 4:37 p.m.
nobu_the_bard says... #42
Haha like you need to keep looking for a higher price after you check SCG to know it's the highest price. :)
October 31, 2014 4:41 p.m.
I really want to get White and Red, but have no money...
Anybody wanna buy a playset of deltas?

I bought three of the decks i wanted on amazon for 35 bucks each, i think it was a pretty solid deal
October 31, 2014 4:56 p.m.
I pre-ordered the white one for $30 so I'm good even if they go up in price.

I ran the lists of all the reprints at the lowest TCG pricing and here is what I found
Red: $52.67
Green: $44.80
White: $39.84
Blue: $39.77
Black: $33.93
This obviously doesn't include any of the new cards. I was able to preorder all 5 at my LGS for $125. Value town... Especially when the new cards are taken into consideration. I am looking forward to getting them in hand.

I was under the impression that hybrid mana symbols counted as both colours for colour identity? How does extort fit into a mono-black deck? Or does that just count as reminder text?

I hope everyone at my lgs wants the red one because I want the white one

@Femme_Fatale Yeah, it was magicspoiler.com
Also I'm definitely running it in my Havoc Festival deck and my Melek, Izzet Paragon deck
