It could be anywhere within a few days to a week FAMOUSWATERMELON. If you have problems go complain to yeago since he is the one who decided to be the only one to accept card submissions.
I myself had a hiccup of activity from the past few days. All the ones that were spoiled on WotC articles from the past 3 days were submitted this morning. Though I think yeago might have deleted them, hence why they aren't popping up and I'll have to redo them.

Mox sapphire is better since you can cast it the turn you already played a land, accelerating your mana base.

All cards are spoiled before prerelease I think with a couple exceptions

I've seen the final complete spoiler list released as late as the Sunday before pre-release, and as early as the Friday.
I think it was one of the Theros sets where it was accidentally spoiled 2 Mondays before the release... but it was an accidental 'early post' on the Wizards site that they retracted... and then decided "screw it, everyone has seen them", and officially released them.
TL;DR - Full list will likely be available any time between now and Sunday.

Black got a TON of good commons/uncommons for Limited and maybe even a few for Standard. I saw like two deathtouch creatures, an instant that gives a buff and deathtouch, and a bunch of good removal.

Except Living Lore and Dragons of Tarkir won't be drafted with Khans of Tarkir. It'll be drafted with just Fate Reforged if I remember correctly.

On second thought, it you could mill it directly into your graveyard, then could you exile it to use Living Lore? That may be viable.
