I'm really liking...
Cheap, Instant Speed, Double Strike and possibly Trample...
This may make 
Infect decks possible... Assault Strobe, being a Sorcery, just falls short of being playable in it.

So, a worse Lighting Bolt...
....or, a use for a Goblin Rabblemaster token when your opponent has blockers?
Not as useful as tapping the token to cast a Stoke the Flames, but will at least make it's death worth something.
Also... use with Ornithopter as a pseudo Shrapnel Blast.

MurderHood - Again, UW Heroic wants to end the game when they hit 4 lands, not cast a 4 mana spell that doesn't really do enough imo. It's definitely powerful, but not enough for me to consider it for UW heroic. Besides, UW heroic already has Ordeal of Thassa.

I think collateral damage will absolutely impact standard. Your creatures don't matter when you're opponent is beginning to brickwall you with their own creatures. Getting to convoke out a stoke the flames and then using the tiny bit of leftover mana you might have to sac a tapped token and get in 3 more will often times be enough to win on the spot. I would totally play this if I were playing red aggro.

I am surprised that Collateral Damage hasn't been printed before. And I totally agree with Spootyone, Lightning Bolt is a Lightning Bolt, regardless of downside. I mean, Goblin Grenade is a played card in Modern Goblin decks because it's 5 damage to the dome for less than Lava Axe.
So now Red has some premium burn at the 1 and 2 mana slots in Collateral Damage, Wild Slash, Lightning Strike, Searing Blood, Magma Jet, and the honorary Stoke the Flames. Because who ACTUALLY casts Stoke the Flames for 
?

I kind of like Ruthless Instincts as a verstile combat trick.
Vaultbreaker seems like it might be okay if there's a slower mono-red deck.
Orc Sureshot could see play in Mardu Tokens, though the 4-mana slot is kinda full up with Butcher, Purphoros, and Iroas. Maybe after Theros rotates.
Dark Deal, interesting as a non-abusable Wheel of Fortune or Windfall. Perhaps non-abusable is too strong a term, but at least more difficult to abuse.
Fascination, a new version of Prosperity or a card for a Sultai Mill archetype.
That's pretty much all that's caught my eye out of the rest of the set.

Tasigur's Cruelty seems pretty good. Potential 1 CMC for a better Wrench Mind which is also good in EDH. Of course, it's not Raven's Crime, and so will likely be crap in every format.

ChiefBell - I'm just glad that Wild Slash also exists in Limited, at the same rarity no less, and in Standard. You still have to get Ferocious, but still.

well i was hoping to see Reckless Abandon reprinted for my stealing deck, but Collateral Damage will do fine in a pinch. just 1 less damage.

I think, out of all the spoilers today, I am most excited for Tasigur's Cruelty for Commander (since it's almost a better Unnerve), Cloudform for Limited (2/2 flying hexproof for 3 that could potentially become even bigger after going face up sounds awesome), and Temur Battle Rage for Constructed (Satyr Hoplite red aggro has a new best friend).

Wodar this is representing the turning point in the war where dragons died out, so they are trickling in. Sarkhan changes the past and so the dragons thrive this time around and DTK should be chock full of them.

Like has been said Bolas probably won't show up because he needs Grixis and they wouldn't want to confuse things by having a Grixis card in with the wedges.

Temur Battle Rage playable in Temur Aggro in Standard? I think yes -- for 2 mana, it's gonna be a game ender in a ton of situations or at least enough to swing things your way.

Except for the dragons I' m pretty content with Fate Reforged. I'll probably buy a box just for the fun of it. Really like the flavour and the chance of cracking fetches.

I think it is a decent set, but I'm upset with the low number of good removal spells and few dragons. Also, the asfan for dragons in this set is about .67 if anyone was interested

I think this set is ok, but I was expecting a little bit more. Hopefully Dragons will deliver. Two things that do bother me about this one though is, 1, A lot of the art could have been better. And 2, it was if they had a real strugle coming up with names for some cards/ creatures.

I think the removal that they do offer is fine and fun, we now have Turn 3 instant kill spells that can get rid of everything in standard.

Disdainful Stroke is probably one of the better counterspells currently in the format, as it is superior in the midrange heavy meta. It also hits my Crater's Claws :c

Bellock, stroke can hit claws if you spend enough mana. X spells have a cmc equal to X plus there cost while on the stack

Disdainful Stroke will hit Crater's Claws as long as X makes the cmc at the time of cast 4 or higher. X being zero only applies when you can't spend mana on X.

As fan means the average amount of dragons you will perchance see when you open your booster pack and fan out all the cards in it in your hand as if you were holding a hand of cards.

Oh yeah okay. Forgot that part of the rules. I always see X and think 0 where cost is concerned.
While on the stack the X = whatever you paid counts for CMC.
