Conspiracy reprints: No new look?

Everywhere I look about the conspiracy card list, they will show cards from different expansions and older frames and such. Are the reprints in conspiracy gonna be different than what they originally looked like?
You can go onto the wizards website, somewhere in their card spoiler is the updated art for Howling Wolf .

It is because they have been spoiled at different conventions or mentioned in articles, they are not showing the actual card. Dont worry they will be new border.
