Dakra Mystic - Useable 1-drop?

1-drop 1/1's... they are usually not that great, and rarely used even if it has a good ability.
Is this one any different? Is it playable outside limited?
Personally, I like the idea of using this with Spirit of the Labyrinth . - During their upkeep, look at their card and decide if you want them to have it... if you let them have it, the Spirit prevents their normal card draw, and you've gained a card.
Personally, I like it. Very useful with all the Scry and whatnot nowadays.

I find it the most playable of all the spoiled cards thus far. As said earlier the card is only complemented by it being in a scry heavy set, making it incredibiky powerful for a one drop. I hope to use it as soon as possible.

It mess with U/W/x Miracle Control and cards like Enlightened Tutor .
