So with all the huge sudden changes to the Standard format there are a lot of rumors going around and I can't discern the truth from lies.

Will the Zendikar/Shadow's blocks rotate out of Standard when Hour of Devastation comes out, or will they stay?

Alrighty, that's what I had thought, but I am hearing a lot of different things right now.

Ixalan, the set afterwards in September, should be rotating BFZ block and SOI block out. That's my understanding of it anyhow.

Also good rule of thumb:

Nothing ever rotates unless you're looking at the first set of a new block...

Granted... blocks don't exist anymore... so yeah.

Rotation is in the fall. Always.

MindAblaze,
By 'Always', you mean 'Often' :-)

(Khans of Tarkir and Fate Reforged rotated out Apr 18, 2016 when Shadows over Innistrad was released)

Edit: Though I suppose that's Fall in the Southern Hemisphere, so you're not wrong!

DriftWood96,
Oh, I know. And Wizards plans to stick to Fall rotations in the future too. But as they've shown, plans change :-)
