How dare Wizards for sparing Nahiri! Sorin should've killed her when he had the chance! Stupid Olivia for intervening, frought with the same stupidity that Nissa had when the Titans were released. At least Sorin got what he deserved. But Nahiri though...I swear, Wizards, she is to die next block, and I won't be content until I see her head.
As for Emmy, I guess sealing her onto the moon was the best thing. I'm speculating that this will mean Ugin's eventually going to Innistrad, discover Emmy sealed in the moon and breaking Sorin free.

My new guess is that Tamiyo will be the U/G mythic. Those were the main colors of investigate.
I just want to know about the fifth angel, and if she's alive, or what.

For the record, anyone who says this block's end resolves without loss and no one gets killed is (almost certainly) incorrect.
AwezomePozzum: It's from the art book, which hasn't been released yet. Someone in the UK managed to get one early and is posting about it on reddit.

What does everyone think to Collective Brutality?
Sorcery 
Escalate - Discard a card
- Target opponent reveals their hand. Pick an instant or sorcery in their. That player discards that card
- Target creature gets -2/-2
- Target opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.
The sheer fact alone that you don't pay mana to escalate makes it all the better. Pitch Life from the Loam or other cards that like being the grave for it. Seems pretty tasty.

I really like the first two modes. And that it's easy to cast. The third mode isn't bad, but eh. Powerful card, incredible madness enabler.

Yeah if I can kill a relevant creature with that second mode, I'll gladly pitch a land to get a spell out of their hand on top of that.

It's a Charm, essentially. Charm cards tend to look underwhelming at face value but their flexibility makes a surprising number of them viable in competitive play.
I hope this one helps put a Madness deck firmly in the running.

New Tamiyo is very tempting for my Derevi deck.
It's nice to see white and green get some strong cards in EMN. They were so underpowered in Standard lately.

I didn't expect Bant Tamiyo. But 
is the third clue color, so it makes all the sense.
I like how this card alone protects from all the discard barrage Emmy is doing.

Well the Omniscience ult is OP for sure, but you can't protect her with her +1 like you can with Nissa. Looks balanced.

She's ok but her +1 is dependent on a variety of factors that aren't always a given. I.e. creature dependent, and best if its you with the creatures.
Her -2 is fine but not spectacular. It's like 6.5/10. Pretty good, but not awesome.
Her ult is obviously amazing but you can't really activate it until turn 7 which is a fairly long time.

Hmmmm the new Tamiyo strikes me as a Sarkhan Unbroken 2.0. A very powerful planes-walker but won't find a deck due to her color requirements. Though I guess Oath of Nissa helps.

I mean, those original three pre mending planeswalkers also weren't trying to kill them, its easier to just burn something than to set it up in a Saw movie kind of trap. And because of their efforts the Jacetice league better understood their nature because until Ugin talked to Jace, the plan was to hit the Eldrazi with sharp things until they go away.

Oh well. At least Emrakul is pretty much confirmed to break out at some point in the future but it'll be some years. I hope they do a lot more plane-specific stories than they did in bfz. More stuff with Arlinn, Thalia and Odric, Hal and Alenna, Sigarda, Olivia, Crafty Trafty geist, etc.

DarkLaw remember that they aim Magic at all ages now, so its not necessarily going to have a "young adult/adult" story and theme, but something simpler for the kiddos to understand if they read the stories (kinda easy to see since all the URs are at a 5th grade reading level).
also new Tamiyo is pretty nuts. ult is just stupid. she pretty much says "please Downfall me"

Note that you don't have to control the creatures for Tamiyo's +1. Target your opponent's and then attack with something that has a death trigger but enough power to be relevant. Make them think hard on their choices.

I wonder though...is Nahiri truly a villain? She's still a bitch for dooming an entire plane to get back at one person.
However, Sorin did wrong her very badly. I'm not sure whether I should antagonize Nahiri or not.

shinobigarth Wasn't you. It was mostly people outside of TappedOut. This was also before her name was spoiled and Emrakul too.
Of course it's not much of an achievement. It's not hard to predict a storyline written by grade schoolers. lol This story is a mess.

I don't like the eldrazi werewolves. They seem worse than the Monstrous creatures from Theros. At least, Monstrous wasn't mandatory for a whole tribe to play.
