Rakshasa Vizier says fuck you to Anafenza.
I don't think it does... Rakshasa's ability needs the cards to be exiled from your graveyard, but Anafenza's ability puts creatures into exile instead of your graveyard, so I don't think they ever actually hit the yard. I could be wrong though

It also works with delve. They don't just print cards to ate on cards that hate on other cards.

heuertag, Anafeza only exiles creature spells. All other spells will hit the yard normally. But otherwise you're correct, the creature spells will never hit the grave.

I know it's only creatures on Anafenza, I was just saying i'm pretty sure these two cards don't really interact in any way, as the post seems to suggest

Yeah, it's there to have synergy with Sultai's mechanic, Delve.
On top of other existing interactions, it's a fun build around beater.
And yes...Cat Demon...cause redundancy is redundant.

I was under the impression that Rakshasas are associated with Hindu myth. Clearly WotC doesn't know their Southeast Asian lore.

Well I'm pretty sure Sultai was the last clan to be thought up, and they needed some inspiration, so sure, why not Hinduism?

Snakes are also a big part of Indian legend, so that makes sense.
Yeah, let's represent the second most populous nation on earth with a bunch of conniving snakes.

What is this card? I'm not really understanding the whole "exile cards" thing. It seems really weird to me :/

Tombstalker says hi.
It seems like Rakshasas were simply man eating demons who could be good or bad. Mostly bad though. The cat representation is proprietary, but the rest of it fits, kind of.
Naga is the actual word used for the Sultai guild leader too. Sans punctuation...

Kinda sorta.
