I'm curious to see what the cover card for the Eldrazi deck will be. Will it be one of the legendary Eldrazi? Kozilek, Butcher of Truth maybe? Or would it be one of the kickass rares like the Spawnsire of Ulamog?

I'm thinking that it'll be a new eldrazi card. I heard somewhere that "Yes, the eldrazi titans will be returning, but annihilator will not", which leads me to believe that there will be a new cycle of eldrazos.

If I was doing a Zendikar vs Eldrazi duel deck, I'd actually save the new-set promo card for Zendikar, as the original Eldrazi are good enough to garnish interest in the duel deck. "New card vs Kozilek" seems like it would sell well.
What promo card might Zendikar have if it wasn't a new one? Come to think of it, what kind of DECK would it be? Eldrazi is very likely green/red/maybe black spawn ramp, but Zendikar? Landfall based Level Up based? New mechanic? What colours?

The Eldrazi promo card might be Ulamog, since he's the only Titan still on Zendikar as of the Worldwaker Uncharted Realms.

The real question is: which deck will contain the spoiler card from BFZ??I'm hoping for a new version of Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre (Ulamog in particular because it's the only Titan still on Zendikar) featuring whatever the new eldrazi mechanic is.
Also, I'd bet the Zendikar deck is either Ally or Level-Up based.

Well, Allies would make sense since "Drawing on the powerful mana that surges through the roiling land, Zendikar's forces have joined together to defend their plane." The whole thing kind of brings a Dominaria vs. Phyrexia flashback.
What pookypuppy6 said about the Eldrazi is feasible as the coloured Eldrazi cards were a mix of green, red and black. If it'd be all five colours I'd wager green & red for Eldrazi and white, blue and black for Zendikar. Or perhaps green for both as well as colourless. Then again, they might just go crazy and have E colourless and Z all five. We'll see when we see it.

I'd like to see old Emrakul as the Duel Decks promo. They can have the BFZ preview be in the Zendikar deck. If the promo Eldrazi isn't new, they will most likely choose something like It That Betrays or Eldrazi Conscription.

With an MSRP of 20 bucks, and the MM2 appearance of all of the current titans, they will not be included in here. There are others that could be, but I think they will focus a little more on some reprinting the spawn generating eldrazi. Also maybe bring us in on what is replacing annihilator.
Landfall is possible, I would love to see new ally dudes for sure. I loved them. Loved this block before. Might really get back into things here.

Perhaps, but Wizards has been rather poor about enclosing Modern goodies into Duel Decks lately.
Elspeth vs Kiora didn't have much of note, and Speed vs Cunning was utter dogshit aside from a Lightning Helix and a Mana Leak.
Inquisition of Kozilek would definitely be appropriate, but I expect the Eldrazi side of the deck will be mono-green. Though black/green is a possibility I suppose.

it's probably gonna be allies vs eldrazi, so expect a UW vs mono G deck.
Still though, we could get an It That Betrays and a StP somewhere.

The cover card should be Emrakul, the Aeons Torn and have It That Betrays somewhere in the Eldrazi side of it as well.
