No not at all. It punishes control players for playing Sphinx's Revelation etc. Not bad but not great. It's ok.

Sorry that was in response to the fact that she's useless.

This + Whispering Madness ...?
They take mass amount of damage for drawing, but no card advantage!

Nekusar is in love with her.

That's what I was thinking. Another tool for the Mindrazer. Not particularly impressive though for Standard...unless we get some sort of massive draw engine. It does serve as a nice counter to Sphinx's Revelation , and is even better if you can hit them with a Skullcrack in response...

Underworld Dreams on a stick, not too effective in standard, as a 4 drop it doesn't bring enough to contest the 4-drop slot from Desecration Demon , amazing for nekusar however.

im wondering because this is literally UD on a stick, im wondering if they will print a cycle of these, enchantment creature versions of significant/memorable enchantments

(i would love a Sylvan Library , not that it will happen)

You mean like a magus cycle? Was Underworld Dreams that significant? I hadn't ever heard of it till I started building Nekusar. Also, the hag is a bit too vulnerable to removal for my taste, will not be seeing a card slot in my Nekusar build.

Underworld Dreams and Howling Mine where a thing way back in 94-6. It's always sort of been a thing, but it also hasn't because usually there is something better to do with the slots. It's a multi-player casual thing and been part of group hug decks using B for things.

fYI: Nekusar really just made the wheel deck popular, but the build itself has been around for a very very very long time.

yes, similar to the magus cycle, it would be interesting. Underworld Dreams is a card ive known about for a while, but wouldnt call it very significant, but a recognizable effect.

I like the flavor text on this one. "Never forget that the life you weave can unravel with one loose thread."

Also, Nekusar definitely likes her.

Anyone think its odd Wizards made a Hag creature type. Making her a wizard would of been fine.

At least it's no Rag Man . This is definitely going in my Nekusar, the Mindrazer edh. When I finally get to making it.

As near as I can tell, the word 'Saga' in english (meaning like, an epic story) is also spelled 'Saga' in French, Italian and Portuguese, so I'm not sure where 'Saga' meaning 'Hag' is coming from.

I'd be more likely to go 'Saga' -> 'Sage' -> 'Wizard'
