InstantPut two 3/3 green Centaur enchantment creature tokens onto the battlefield. If it's your turn, scry 2.
I mean it doesnt help devotion but devotion can help pile this out maybe? Idk I kind of like it....
Well again devotion can make that pretty easy if ur doin mono green or a variation

It is one of green's only source of scry and 5 mana for 2 3/3s is perfectly reasonable.

In my Token Armada Modern deck, it is the perfect replacement for White Sun's Zenith

Very solid card, even for standard, I'd say. Unless I'm up against control and worried about Supreme Verdict I think I'd always play it on my turn. The scry is too good to pass up for green.

2x 3/3 bodies is often harder for a control deck to deal with than a 5/5 Trample.
Using this after your opponent's Supreme Verdict is probably better than Advent of the Wurm . In both cases, you're likely to get in some damage, but with Fated Intervention, he'll have a harder time on his turn deciding what to do. Even if he gets rid of one, he's still taking more damage, and against a green deck, he can usually expect it to get a boost of some sort.
Not an outstanding card, but it may see some sideboard play... still lots to spoil though.

Is it just me or are Wizards trying to push anti-control into green: Mistcutter Hydra , Witchstalker , Nemesis of Mortals , Anthousa, Setessan Hero (not that that card is playable against anything but control), every bestow creature (green having access to Boon Satyr who's flash is even better against control) and now this.

Ultimaodin - Green has always been the anti-control color. Remember that one of its enemy colors is Blue, which is THE control color. Green wants to play creatures, Control wants those creatures to die. It's the natural cycle. And don't forget Skylasher , he's VERY anti-control :).
Also White and Black are "better" at Bestow than Green is, it's just that Boon Satyr was pushed by R&D to be Constructed playable. By the numbers, White and Black have 4 bestow creatures while the other colors have: Green has 3 (Leafcrown Dryad , Nylea's Emissary , Boon Satyr ), Blue has 2 (Nimbus Naiad , Thassa's Emissary ), and Red has 2 (Spearpoint Oread , Purphoros's Emissary ).

JWiley129 - True, I meant even more so than normal; and yeah, forgot Skylasher .
The reason I say green for Bestow is because while it only has 3 it has arguably the best bestow creatures. (excluding Nighthowler because Nighthowler is insanely good.)

I think it's fine, and might replace Advent of the Wurm after RTR rotates out. But 5 mana is a bit high for Standard.
