I am almost positive that a new format is on the horizon. The amount of reprints that seemingly have no place (aside from being cool cards) makes me think that they're attempting to give us enough pieces to support multiple archetypes that are not present in the current standard. I know we had this discussion when the new borders came out, but I feel that this adds more weight to the argument

Ohthenoises, yep. Izzet artifacts: Perfection of Artificing. Would love any suggestions or to see a different take.
The slivers are scaring me. Between the new land and the 5 color one whose name I can't remember, it may be a thing. I've never bought a box myself, but it may be time to. Seems to be decen value especially for a core set, and damn there are some cool cards that I want.

Sadly the slivers from M15 are lame without the M14 ones to back them up. They're all cool, but they have none of the meat and potatoes slivers like Manaweft Sliver or Predatory Sliver

As a strict edh player, I am surprised to admit that M15 is seriously making consider getting back into standard. It's looking like it's going to be quite fun.
@Caligula I am in love with Diffusion Sliver. It's got great artwork and looks like it'll be completely stupid in my Sliver Queen EDH deck.

there are 15 cards that are in the set, but not in the booster packs. 269 refers to the cards available in the booster packs. the other 15 will be standard legal, but can only be found in the deck builders toolkit and the decks provided to stores that are used to help new players learn the game

Before people go on about how "Polymorphist's Jest" combo's so well with certain cards.... please remember that this DOES NOT change the creatures names or CMC...
No to Izzet Staticaster ... no to Bile Blight ... no to Detention Sphere .... no to Homing Lightning ... no to Ratchet Bomb

It does, however, work quite nicely against Hexproof... makes for a great combat trick... work with any mass damage (even Scouring Sands )... mass -X/-X... etc.
