Karametra is gonna be a really fun EDH general and gorgeous foil.
Unravel the AEther is an instant EDH staple and great sideboard material.
Bile blight is modern-worthy removal, perfect for Pestermite .
Right? I was pretty unimpressed with BotG for nonstandard stuff until now.

@Fleetfiend Xenagos was a walker but he was bent on becoming the god of revels so after a few Dark Ritual 's later (pun intended) poof! Xenagos became a god.

I had the same reaction when I saw Unravel the AEther. A much better answer to some EDH cards, and a great answer to the gods, if those see some play.
My brother was also ecstatic at the spoiling of Karametra, another phenomenal EDH card.
These guys might stall my upcoming America build, dammit.

Unravel the AEther and Bile Blight are exciting. Pack Rat won't be a problem anymore.

Unravel the Aether is a functional reprint of Deglamer . I'm not sure why people are so excited about it for EDH. I guess it lets you run a second copy (though as far as I know, Deglamer isn't especially popular in the format). Anyway, it should be solid in Limited and Standard sideboards.
As for Bile Blight in Modern, if people wanted an answer to Pestermite that badly they would already be running Echoing Decay (which is splashable). I don't think it's that good, though Standard Mono Black Devotion might play it in sideboard or something.

Didn't think about Pack Rat
getting killed but you're absolutely right about that thePESSIMIST. Although Bile Blight will probably be a sideboard card in Standard so we'll see.
Unravel the Aether will replace Fade into Antiquity in Green deck sideboards since Instant speed and lower cost will trump the drawback of shuffling into owner's library (especially since you can throw off their Scry).
Xenagos, God of Revels will likely find its way into GR Monsters and similar decks since they already run 4 Burning-Tree Emissary .
And as Jp3ngu1nb0y pointed out, MUD just got better with Thassa's Rebuff.
Karametra is definitely an EDH staple, but I'm not seeing much viability in other formats.
Now, if we could just get some explanation as to what a "manifestation counter" is...

A manifestation counter could potentially have no in-game significance. It could just be a flavor thing. I guess we'll find out.

Don't the counters make the perms into enchantments as well as whatever they are? Makes them easy to get rid of with anti-enchantment spells, etc.

I've got a question about bile blight. If you are in a mono black mirror match and you bile blight their pack rats, are yours affected? If so, and if mono black gets big, it might not be that great.
It is good in almost every matchup.

Yes, your Pack Rat would be affected as well.
Here's why I don't think it will see mainboard play- first off, Black already has several good options for 2-drop removal- Doom Blade , Ultimate Price , Devour Flesh , and some even splash Green for Abrupt Decay . Now, -/- effects have their merit, as they can get around Regeneration and Indestructible. However, this won't kill any Gods, and I can't think of any Regeneration cards that see so much play that they merit a mainboard response. Plus, Edicts like Devour Flesh cover those bases while not caring how big the creature is as well as helping against Hexproof.
"If mono black gets big..." where have you been the last 3 months? :)

You'll notice that Arbitrator of the Ideal says "that permanent is an enchantment in addition to its other types" rather than something like "as long as that permanent has a manifestation counter on it, it's an enchantment in addition to its other types." This means the manifestation counter is not what makes the creature an enchantment (now that I think about, it's probably just there to remind you that it is one).
