We're going to see the Eldrazi Titans again. They have a lust for power. The Phyrexians also have a lust for power. They're also a huge threat. What if we see Zendikar in the first half of the Four-Set-Block for the reunion of the 'Walkers, and they all agree to track down the Eldrazi, Planeswalking to Mirrodin again.

Well, it's not really a 4 set block, is it? Just 2 and 2. I would bet anything that we will see the Phyrexians again just because Maro wants to have children with them, but idk if it's necessary for WOTC to Return to Zendikar and then immediately return to Mirrodin. That's just letting all the built up hype out at once.

I'm fairly sure that the general goal is to do a return one block, and then a new plane the next. Won't happen everytime like clockwork, but I wouldn't count on them doing two return blocks in a row (especially not after Origins)... I mean, unless you count Vryn or Kaladesh or Regatha, etc...

Ah, well, I was just curious as to what other people thought about it.

On an unrelated side note, am I the only one that wants to see a Planeswalking Ninja from Kamigawa somehow end up helping the bad guys as a rogue assassin for hire across multiple planes? I know that's totally nowhere in any of the canon plot thus far, but, I want some Kamigawa flavor since they aren't going to do a revisit of the plane it seems.

A ninja planeswalker just sounds amazing. It's not in the canon thus far because he's THAT good of a ninja ;)

So Phyrexian Eldrazi anyone? That's a scary thought not that the Eldrazi are likely to be effected by the oil but if the are well that could be interesting. Especially considering two of the Eldrazi lords are awol now.

I don't see how giving emrakul infect makes him any worse.

Perhaps we could have a planes-walking Ninja from Kamigawa assassinate Elspeth. Huzzah!

Perhaps it would turn out the Ninja was hired by Tibalt! And then we find out they retconned all of MTG lore and Captain Sissay shows up and is all "Only you can prevent forest fires" and then Emrakul, the Aeons Torn shows up to give Godsend to Tibalt to deal with Captain Sissay.

Seeing a sword powerful enough to kill Gods terrifies CS and so who would show up but Storm Crow to save the day! That's right, Storm Crow picks up Tibalt right as Godsend is about to slash through CS and then drops Tibalt onto what's left of Serra's realm. All the beings there that aren't dead yet attack Tibalt and so begins the 100 year war between him and angels. (Imagine it like a faker version of pro wrestling. Just some hot demon on angel action without anybody actually getting hurt.) Eventually Thassa shows up and is all "Waah simmah down!" and floods the whole plane. The continent ends up looking like a giant Amoebae from space.

So who got Tibalt to ill Elspeth? Nichol Bolas. Dun dun DUN!

It's worth noting here that Nichol Bolas has also given Thassa, God of the Sea the ability to planes-walk, and she's been hunting for Kiora, the Whelming Wave all this time to get back her stolen Bident. Little does Captain Sissay know that Thassa is just helping CS to get to Kiora! (Continuity isn't important, i'm just giving the fans what they want!)

(Spoiler, Nichol is able to give out sparks because he's been killing old Planeswalkers and hunting down ones we haven't seen so that only the beings he thinks are worthy can be walkers)

Well it turns out while searching for giant Leviathan Kiora accidentally got herself into the Quicksilver Sea! Oh damn! Teach her to look before she Planeswalks! So now she's not so much Kiora, the Whelming Wave as she is "Kiora, the half dead skeleton phyrexian lady-fish". She is quickly accepted as head researcher by the faction of Phyrexia but gets her minions to crush the lab because screw those guys for ruining such a beautiful ocean! Now she's continuing her quest as usual but doesn't realize that she's contaminating each and every new world she goes to!

Well there you go, the worst writing of my life. Enjoy it while it's hot and take a second to reflect on the time you've wasted.

Didn't Elspeth dies in the battle against Xenagos?

June 13, 2015 5:11 a.m.

RussischerZar says... #13

No, she died afterwards when Heliod killed her because she was too powerful (and therefore dangerous) for him.

Yeah I figure Tibalt might accidently planeswalk into the Underworld of Theros on the ordres of Nichol Bolas and mistakinly stab Elspeth to death...you know..on accident...

Illuminati...

June 13, 2015 6:24 a.m.

But Jace knows this is illuminati and infiltrates them. He then has to fight the THREE leaders of the illuminati, sorin, Ugin, and Nahiri, in the EYE of ugin (coincidence? I think not). Then you learn the Doug Beyer is actually nicol bolas in disguise, and he was lying to you all along, and that actually, sarkhan never being born caused the eldrazi never being released. This makes stang wake up to realize that he was dreaming about everything that I wrote, but everything else everybody else wrote here is true in a nightmare induced by aishok (whos now phyrexian). He then uses his newfound knowledge to kill the leaders of the illuminati with his twin, who real name is not stang twin but rather jeff. However, he then remembers that he died of old age years ago, and realizes that he's just a zombie reaminimated by lilliana. He tries to attack her but with the help of Jace and Jeff, both of whom are traitors, Stang is overpowered is dies even though he's already dead. With the illuminati now out of the way, lilliana takes her place as the ruler of the multiverse, seconds before its destroyed by the epic michael bay-esqu battle between sissay, phyrexian emrakul, godsend-weilding tibalt, storm crow, and Kiora, the half dead skeleton phyrexian lady-fish, with carging badger laughing maniacally in the corner. Then, as lilliana sees her domain being destroyed, she wakes up, before realizing that shes in inception. She then gets attacked by leonardo di-caprio. He almost kills her so she can go to limbo and learn her lesson, but she kills him after he cryed in the corner when she mentioned him not getting an oscar. His last words told her that he was a contract killer hired by maro to kill lilliana because she learned of the existance of the illuminati. She then realize the only contract killers maro would have access to are in MTG, and the best one to use is THE KAMIGAWAN NINJA MENTIONED EARLIER! she then wakes up into the real world, and knowing that maro will kill her soon, she made Ashiok put fragments of this dream into all of our heads so our subconcience will manipulate us into creating this forum, so we now together piece together the puzzle to reveal that maro is illuminati and is making this game a way to manipulate us to their means. Lilliana may be dead, but we must hold hope. Rally around the bees, maros sworn enemy, and WE WILL SUCCEED.
