So, is it just me or is this set much better than I expected it to be? Although it could be, I really don't think this is all "hype value" this time around. Every god spoiled has been sick for one format or another, and a ton of the rares seem super fun to brew around and solid cards at least for standard. And after following up a set like Born of the Gods this is just even more surprising, I know I'll definitely be picking up a box. Is anyone else as pleasantly surprised with this set as I am? Also, what's your favorite card thats been spoiled thus far? Personally I'm in love with Athreos, God of Passage he is going to bring Orzhov Humans to the next level.

GoldGhost012 I love the flavor of the block, and for that I give it a lot of props, now the actual cards...lol. I don't hate it buts it's definitely my least favorite block I've played in.

everyone was really disappointed with Born of the Gods. They tried as hard as they could in this one. Tons of good stuff.

Well, the decks that rule Constructed aren't very fun, but I've definitely loved drafting this block.

I won't commit to any appreciation until I see what pharika does, but if the trend continues, I will love this set.

Yes!! This looks the be a super fun set to draft. I love the Theros block (don't hate), and I think that this is my favorite set of the block. I'm going to draft this as much as I can- gonna hopefully go to either the prerelease or the set release, draft it with my playgroup, and hopefully split a box with a few friends.
