I get why they are mythic and would rather goyf make it into a non-limited print set but it's a start. He may show up when fetches aren't in standard

I may finally be able to play a proper abzan deck now. Phyrexian Obliterator is a pet card of mine, but he's so hard to cast. Ever

Maybe I'll have a chance this time around for some foil goyfs!

The last print saw him increase in price actually so I wouldn't be suprised if it didn't drop too much. There won't be a lot of them

I dunno, I think we may get a decent number. I called this. Remember Goyf was one of the most forged cards and part of why we have the newer boarders.

Modern masters 2 will have the same amount of printing of mm1. Goyf is still mythic rare so I don't know why you would assume that there will be a decent number.

Rubbish. Wizards have already confirmed it's a much larger print run.

Goyf and Karn reprinted to the surprise of practically no one.
Also, while there's a larger print run there's also a larger msrp, which will be further inflated by stores.
I can't really afford to build a modern deck even if I had a playgroup for it, and Modern Masters 2015 seems like it will continue the trend of being too expensive to draft, too expansive to buy packs of, and being in too small a supply to lower the price of singles. So overall I care about this product about as much as a reprint of Homelands would.

Both at mythic.
Could have done with goyf at rare.
Meh. They needed to do it, but could have done it better.
