I think it is possible with the whole storm theme around him. Yes I'm looking at you Stormcaller of Keranos and Lightning Strike

Really doubt it. Just being related to weather doesn't necessarily imply the the "Storm" ability is coming back. It is a very strong ability and would probably be played extensively if it came back, especially with a God conceivably making it easier and more powerful, but really the only assumption you can make off of those two cards is that Keranos is a God with weather related abilities in the same sense that Thassa, God of the Sea has Ocean related abilities, which is not really at all. She has control over the ocean and is referenced in a lot of cards, like Whelming Wave and Griptide , that by your thought process would imply her abilities are close to the abilities of Kiora, the Crashing Wave . But Scry and unblockable are purely related to blue, not necessarily "the Sea".

well if it isn't that it will be something decently weak because Purphoros, God of the Forge has burn, Thassa, God of the Sea has scry. So then it would be something like pay mana discard a card, draw card... and that nonsense.

Like most izzet cards, nothing actually happens and it's not going to help you; but it is fun.

RU: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, flip a coin.

RU: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, the next time you would flip a coin you may flip two coins instead and ignore one.

If your trying to guess based on cards your better off looking at Divination , especially the flavor text. Could be a tutor effect, could be a copy spell effect, could be a draw effect, could be a Possibility Storm effect, could be a Unexpected Results effect... it's anyone's guess at this point.

Won't be tutors because they don't fit red. Blue occasionally has instant / sorcery tutors but it's fairly unusual. Probably won't be draw because red hates card draw, it prefers to discard and then draw. A copy spell effect is a really good shout. I also like the idea of revealing the top card and if it's an instant or sorcery you get to cast it twice. It has red randomness, and a red / blue copy spell mechanic.

Don't all of the multicolored gods get triggered abilities or static abilities?

Perhaps something more like "At the beginning of your end step, flip a coin. If you win the flip, flip a coin at the beginning of the next upkeep. If you win that flip, flip a coin at the beginning of the next precombat main phase. If you win that flip, creatures your opponents control attack this turn if able and creatures you control can't block this turn."

I just hope Keranos has some sort of copy ability and/or scry 3 or something. Just something card advantage useful...and no flipping coins.

My izzet control is just waiting & begging for the UR scry land as well.

I'm more looking forward to Kruphix. But I'm also a little biased as I love playing simic anything. Control, aggro, combo. You name it I've tried it with simic.
