Since a lot of the information is sporadic and across multiple threads, I wanted to compile it all here, just to make it easier to find.
Tarkir is a plane of five warring clans, each worshiping an aspect of the now extinct dragons.
Clans:
Abzan Houses: WBG
The Khan is named Anafenza
The aspect of dragons they worship is Endurance
The theme of their mechanic is Control
Jeskai Way: URW
The Khan is named Narset
The aspect of dragons they worship is Cunning
The theme of their mechanic is Tricks
Sultai Brood: BUG
The Khan is named Sidisi
The aspect of dragons they worship is Ruthlessness
The theme of their mechanic is Resource Manipulation
Mardu Horde: RBW
The Khan is named Zurgo Helmsmasher
The aspect of dragon they worship is Speed
The theme of their mechanic is Aggro
Temur Frontier: RUG
The Khan is named Surrak Dragonclaw
The aspect of dragon they worship is Savagery
The theme of their mechanic is Midrange Fatties
Additionally, only the set is about wedges. The block, as a whole, is not. There is also supposed to be a time travel element.
The other thread that has some of this information:
Anyone think we'll see charms for the clans? After all, shards and guilds have charms.

My main question is: who the hell wanted Morph to come back?

Temur- "We Punch Bears. We Ride Bears. Join Us, We Have Bears!"
RUG looks really playable to me.
Also Abzan looks exactly like Orzhov and Selesnya mashed together. As with the other Clans.

It's going to be great getting more wedge specific cards. Charms, lands, creatures. Very excited!

in the teaser above this post, did it seem to anyone else like 1). Sarkan was wearing way too much white armor. and 2). Sidisi, the bug/sultai khan, looked absolutely amazing. I cant wait to see her in card form. because of this, I made a deck just for her/him/it
pass the sultai need it Playtest

Kravian no i saw it too. plus it was a different spear from the one he used to have when he was Sarkhan Vol and Sarkhan the Mad . wierd that it was glowing blue though. i would have thought red.

@Kravian: You're right, there is a broken hedron on his weapon. Though it looks more like some kind of halberd or polearm than a spear.
@sertsew123: It's difficult to tell any colors he's wearing, but I don't see any white. Most of what can be seen is just armor. Probably unpainted armor.

Temur is awesome simply for bear punching dude. Fear the Temur, if they punch bears in the face with their bare hands they sure as hell arent scared of you.

wait..... Morph..... and..... Bile BLight...... and Drown in Sorrow..... oh.... oh the agony......
July 28, 2014 10:51 p.m.
@Nazsmith... Bile Blight will only hit the targeted face-down morph creature. Face-down morph creatures have no name, color, sub-type or CMC.

@Fulcrum- Could Sarkhan's unpainted armor signify his allegiance to Ugin and colorless mana?
July 29, 2014 3:46 p.m.
@beckhr: I suppose it's possible, but I think it's more likely that he just didn't paint it. I find it doubtful that he's allied with any one clan, so he probably is trying to avoid anything that could cause that impression. The armor is probably just for the sake of protection. I say this mainly because I seriously doubt Sarkhan will be colorless. My guess is BR.
