Looks like Jaya's coming back in Dominaria!

Wizards showed some Dominaria preview artwork in a panel at PAX Unplugged (e.g., the last five images in this album).
By far the most interesting one to me though was the last one:
Check out those goggles. IMO that's definitely Jaya Ballard, Task Mage! Couple it with the flavor text from Pyromancer's Goggles and it looks like Chandra and Granny Ballard are going to ba a major part of the storyline on Dominaria.

Please please please please please don't make there be some sort of stupid friendship between Jaya and Chandra! I've completely quit following the story because of this obnoxious gatewatch crap. I actually enjoy the character of Jaya, I don't want to see her tainted by having her story mixed up with Chandra.

Will Liliana be on Dominaria? She is from there originally, so it would make sense for her to return there.
If that really is Jaya, I do hope that her tradition of amazing flavor text is maintained, since that was always such a great aspect of her character.

There are dogs barking down the block, annoyed at my high pitched squeal of sheer joy at this possibility. I've also decided not to get a box of Unstable, and instead pick up two boxes of Dominaria if this is even remotely real.

That is almost certainly Jaya Ballard, but the real question is: will her card still be a creature card, or a planeswalker card?

Given the framing and the focus of the image, I figure Creature, not 'Walker. Jaya Ballard, Task Mage was a pre-Spark incarnation cast forward through time, and I doubt Wizards wants to roll back their decision to pass over having a 'Walker Jaya in favour of Nalaar.

I'm just hoping her overall attitude hasn't changed much as she's aged. See, for example, her flavor text on Simian Spirit Guide, Sizzle, Pyrokinesis, and Inferno.
