LSV's preview card

This card, Silence the Believers, was previewed yesterday. In the article, LSV says that "it's going to see play." He is in a good position to be a judge of that, but then again, he kind of has to be enthusiastic about his preview card. What do you guys think of it?
Whoa never mind i read that wrong Lol, it's ok and i might play it. Hits Gods and does take out a hero plus bestow if that becomes a standard deck, but i see it as a limited bomb to possible sideboard card in constructed. Not as exciting as i thought at first lol

Needs a strong engine (e.g. Nykthos in mono black) to be as effective as I'd like it to be because of the cost (particularly for multiple targets). Still, the fact that it exiles the creature and the auras is downright filthy.

If the amount of black removal pushed anyone more towards hexproof builds, this one will definitely do so. This makes any non-hexproof Aura builds strictly inferior. Granted Godsend still gets around them, but I'd rather deal with that than this.

This is going to be INSANE in Mono Black EDH. It's not rare to create up to eighteen mana with Cabal Coffers and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth , so you can go anywhere between Ashes to Ashes and Final Judgment .
Even if not, you can exile something indestructible like Blightsteel Colossus at Instant speed and proctect the table from possible Shenanigans. This card will replace or be played along Gild , Oubliette and Sever the Bloodline .

Definitely going into my EDH where I can get 40 mana easily with Ashnod's Altar lol.

Damnation that you get to choose what it kills? And takes out bestow creatures? I'll play it twice
