Here was a card that was "Spoiled" for origins. Do you think it is real or fake?

It's fake.
First, the artist Jeff Simpson's last name is misspelled as "Simpsom".
Second, the "
: Add to your mana pool" should be in parenthesis as reminder text, not rules text. Islands inherently have the ability to tap for blue mana, as all basic land types do of their respective colour of mana. A land similar to this is Murmuring Bosk. Notice how the ": Add 
to your mana pool" is in parenthesis and is italicised (rules text).

If it is real, that is hella nice to fetch with in response to stuff. It seems way too OP to be real.

Thought it was 'One of your own creatures'... would that make it OK? I think it could be nice in a Bant ETB shell but not be too overpowered.

ya, i noticed several of the type mistakes too. I wish it was real though, it is pretty broken.

I hope it's real. We aren't getting dual lands in Origins unless it's a reprint of temples or the gain 1 life duals. We most likely will get utility lands or man lands and in my opinion this would be an awesome choice by Wizards.

There's so many reasons this is obviously fake...
They wouldn't put an ability that good on a fetchable land.
They wouldn't put an ability that good on a land.
They wouldn't make it randomly unplayable when no creatures are around.
The ability to tap for U would be reminder text.
The ability for tap for U would end in a period.
The artist's name would't be "Jeff Simpsom"

There are a few I can think of, but I agree it isn't common.

Also flavour. Jace is the blue walker, yet this doesn't seem like something you'd find in vryn or ravnica. This seems mostly therosian, but gideon is from akros, which is by the mountains, so the chances of him encountering this are low

This could have been good, you cant play lands at instant speed so a sorcery speed unsummon is not that over powered. Although Making it uncounterable doubles it strength and im sure there ways of abusing it in certain decks. Sure you can fetch it as a island but its not a basic land so you cant get it with most land searches. I think A new legendary land for every colour would have been nice like the kamigawa set.
Unsummon for blue.
Duress for black.
Shock for red.
Giant Growth for green.
Stave Off or Gods Willing for white

I hope it's real. Most creature-based combo decks would die because of this + fetches. Namely Twin, potentially Amulet Bloom, and possibly Melira CoCo.
Wait... this definitely kills my Cruel Ultimatum + Living Lore deck. On second thought, this must be fake. Lol
