Might WotC Reference Ulgrotha and Kamigawa in a Supplemental Product?

Most players whom I know believe that it is very unlikely that WotC shall ever again have a full block set on either Ulgrotha or Kamigawa, because the sets that featured those planes were very unpopular.
I personally am very displeased by that idea, but, since I cannot make WotC change their mind on that idea, I wonder if they may ever reference those planes in a supplemental product that does not affect the main storyline, such as a Commander, Conspiracy, or Planechase product. In fact, I would very much like it if at least one of the new generals in this year's Commander product is from either of those planes, just so that WotC can show that they have not forgotten about them.
What does everyone else say about this? Will WotC reference Ulgrotha or Kamigawa (or other unpopular settings) in supplemental products, so that they do not need to worry about devoting a full block to revisiting them?
I doubt we'll ever see a return to set for those. Still, we could get something akin to Origins where we visit a ton of planes at once or elements from those planes in a different expansion.

I wish they could prove to us that they can do those sets right, rather than say that theyre trash now.

The problem is that Kamigawa has parasitic mechanics that don't translate well outside of the block itself. Although the block has much more love now, the mechanics don't particularly work well outside of Block formats.

I mean, I personally like Kamigawa but I'm well aware of where the block falls short. I have a similar relationship with LoZ: The Twilight Princess.

If it does get referenced, it will be in a supplemental product. Or it will be something along the lines of Tamiyo, the Moon Sage with a planeswalker from that plane.
